Nice to have the restaurant on site, the pizza is delicious.

There could be some fruit choices for the breakfast and a mini fridge for the room.

The pizzeria downstairs was wonderfull. We had probably the best pizzas from our entire trip to Italy there. So definately go to the pizzeria if you choose to stay at this hotel. The place is clean and the staff is nice and helpful.

Nice little hotel, breakfast was amazing and very friendly staff!

Noisy bed, spa was closed when we arrived and no AC

Host was friendly and tried her best to communicate in English

It is worth noting that the hotel is right next to a church, and the church bell chimes regularly, even throughout the night. Very audible from the room that I stayed in and it affected sleep quality. The place does not look as new and exquisite as the photos might suggest

Sabine was amazing. Very friendly, hospitable and welcoming

Didn’t realise the close proximity to the local church, and the fact the bell rang every 15 minutes

A genuine family run hotel, very welcoming. We arrived on our motorcycles VERY wet and the host helped move our gear to her drying room, exceedingly welcome as we were on the road again in the morning.

Just the parking, but it is a hotel in the mountains so it was unrealistic to expect flat parking. Otherwise everything was great.

Stuffs were nice, hotel was old but clean. Close to Braise lake.

Breakfast was okish, 15 euros and not that much variation, there were no Scrambled egg, cucumber, tomato, fruits, a few option you had it didn’t worth 15 euros. From Second floor you cant see the view if you stuck in hotel because of rain, like we did ,you need to bend to be able to see outside.

The owner was very kind and attentive. The food was extremely delicious - best pizzas I've ever eaten, and the breakfast was really tasty (lots of choices). The location was beautiful - we had a nice view on the mountains from our room, and there is a hotel 1 km up the hill which offers even more spectacular view. The jacuzzi was great, warm and clean.

The bio/herbal sauna didn't work. The toilet was leaking.Breakfast was too late (8 am), because the skiing resort (Kronplatz - 20 min away) opens at 8.15, so it would be better if it was served at 7.

It was a agreat pleasure to book a room at this family hotel ! Good staff very friendly nice restaurant and pizzeria with goood pizza ! Nearly a good slope for family with children! And the others slopes at least 10min with the car ( Valdaora Kronplatz) !very clean room with sparkling linens! It was a great experience!!

The owners were exceptional. Friendly. Welcoming. Above and beyond with hospitality.

Some refurbishment would be recommended for the future. However it’s in a great location, beautiful and scenic village.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

It is overrated at booking.com. Facilities were sober and outdated. Bathroom had a very small shower with plastic curtain and not fit for tall people. The sink was below the hips. Overall the bathroom could benefit from modernization. Curtains in the room were not wide enough to cover both the door to the balcony and the window so the sun came through early in the morning. Chairs on the balcony were made of plastic, unstable and not comfortable. Rooms were very noisy. Since the building is old, with wooden floors, the rooms were noisy. You could hear guest coming and going on the corridor, walking on the floor above and voices from other rooms and noise from the street. Furthermore, the neighbor-boy had a little scooter and made a lot of noise outside and causing a bad gasoline smell. Not a nice welcome if you want to spend a quiet moment on the balcony.

The location is fantastic in that you are in a very beautiful area. The owner and husband are extremely kind and accommodating and do the best they can to help you.

A bit basic deco - the beds are not very comfortable.

Spectacular location, comfy beds and hot showers. Gianmarco really made us feel at home and check in went smoothly. Great restaurants in town.

6PhilPosted on: 5-24-2023

it’s location was good.

No one available to meet us upon arrival. we had to call them to track them down to check us in. some black mold in one corner of our room. Went to the restaurant/ bar for a night cap but who we assumed was the owners family was eating dinner. We stood at the bar but left when no one acknowledged us.
