Location very nice and staff was helpful

House keeping was good but need some improvement all others was great

The B&B was beautiful and Kati and her family were such great and helpful hosts. We had beautiful views from our room, were very close to many Dolomites hot spots, and had a great meal at the restaurant they recommended. If we ever make it back I would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the nice room balcony and the mountain view. Everything was great.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely little hotel. The location is simply beautiful, surrounded by nature, peaceful, and perfect for a escape. Our family, especially the kids, loved that the bigger ski slopes was just a short 25 minute drive away.The hotel is cozy and beautiful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly kind, always ready to help.After a day in the snow, it was great to return to this quiet, comfortable place, relax, and enjoy in the beauty of the mountains. If you're looking for a charming spot to enjoy winter or any other season with your family, this is definitely a great choice. We’d love to come back!

Bathrooms a bit small with nowhere to put your things around the sink. Breakfast is advertised as room service, but actually they only serve it in the room for suites.

The hotel owners are so kind and welcoming. We arrived very late and they contacted us to let us know the keys will be waiting for us.The breakfast was great and served to your room, with the most beautiful view you can imagine. Great experience.

Literally everything! I never had such a nice & warm welcome to such an establishment in my life. Delicious copious breakfast, nice balcony, comfy beds, lovely modern minimalist rooms - although a little bit more decor would've been nice but I'm nit picking at this point.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Again maybe slightly less plain walls would've been nice but that's it.

We liked the hotel and location so much that we added another night to our stay. Hosts were excellent with breakfast service to our room and had beer, wine and small snacks at their lobby/patio bar.

I absolutely loved the stunning mountain views and tranquil location. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to hiking trails and local attractions made it the perfect base for exploring the area.

Gailerhof BB was exceptional from every point of view, the owners are going above and beyond for their guests. The place inside is amazing and the rooms are very warm and cozy. They all have amazing view over the valley. Breakfast was arranged and served and everything was very well made and prepared. The place definitely deserves more than 3S stars, we have been to 5 star places which offer way less than what Gailerhof does!

We spent 2 nights and we loved it! The design of the hotel is stunning, we had an amazing service and great welcoming from the staff. The location is exclusive with a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast was also fantastic, and the idea of deciding the food the day before is great to avoid food waste and there was no plastic usage at all. The price we paid was absolutely all worth it. We will for sure come back again :)

Everything was great, delicious breakfast with local products, very clean and comfortable rooms, helpful and nice owners. The view is wonderful. Very good sound isolation, the hotel was full but we didn't hear anyone.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable, and the location is perfect. The food is amazing, and the views are stunning. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating, and they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

Everything, it’s a family run hotel with passion to provide excellent service and welcomes you in a best possible hospitality way. Breakfast is five star same as facility which is modern and traditional in same time. Beautiful property with exceptional hosts. Strongly recommend to everyone looking for peaceful and cosy rest after active day on ski slopes or in mountains.

No need to change anything. Stay as you are, it’s great.
