Loved the stay. Highly recommend the half board option, dinner is sensational, three courses and a salad bar. Service is exceptional. Make sure you visit the complementary spa and jacuzzi facilities. We are keen hikers and drove short distances to surrounding trails. Breathtakingly beautiful scenery

No tea/coffee facilities in the room. As early risers had to wait until breakfast for a coffee.

A characterful hotel with helpful friendly staff and quirky historical decor. Our room was comfortable, we slept well and breakfast was good. The hotel is well located near other bars and eateries.

Staff not friendly. Error booking and it was showed for 2 rooms but I came with 2 persons. Booking.com is ok for cancellation but hotel did not accept and they are not willing to help for resell even they can do it. I asked help from others hotel to cancel and change the date. All are welcome and support without condition. But the owner of this hotel hang off the call to me without say anything. They asked the maid to go to my room without ask permission. I have booked dinner and paid but I have to pay additional for drink without notice. Hotel is too old and some place not clean.

Everything related to this Hotel was exceptional. Staff is super friendly and communicative. Parking isn't in front but it's really close by and free which is a great plus. The hotel is really historical place operating since the 1600s and just by walking in you get that feeling. Location is great since it's close by to Lago di Braies and a lot of other hiking tours in Dolomites.

We liked the retro-look of the hotel, but could have been rennovated. Mini fridge could be useful in the room.
