Good interior design

Dirty, they ask to add faucet water to drinking bottle. Drinking bottle never clean, filthy, disgusting. Reception person super rude

Everything in this hotel was perfect to me: the style, the comfort, the staff, the quietness, the cleanliness, available parking, village center at a few steps...not to mention a superb 5 course evening meal every day. Just perfect.

The hotel is in a great location and has clever, unique touches—like humorous wording on the toilet paper, water bottles, and wine. Very creative!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location, the view and the room were amazing. Plus they have free parking spots.

Not the property but the area it is impossible to find an open supermarket around 8pm, nor a restaurant.

I like the room as it was very cozy and clean and had a superb balcony as a privacy corner separated from other balconies... There is nice furnishing inside the room. Breakfast was very good and dinner was superb. They had gluten free options without prior announcements to the hotel... They had nice wine supporting the dinner as well as local craft beer. The sauna was nice and enough room in front to rest.. swimming pool was a bit small but also nice... the hotel is almost in the center of the village... it was very clean and super friendly stuff.

I would like to have a gym maybe... but based on the fact that most of the guests will go skiing or cros country skiing I believe it is not a big challenge...

We loved everything about this hotel. From the way we were welcomed, dinner (we booked Half-board) and how delicious it tasted. Breakfast was also delicious with a wide range of variety to pick from.Harold (one of the two brothers that manages the hotel) was kind enough to give my husband one of the most expensive Belgian beers in the world for free and also at checkout, gave us two bottles of his own wine for free as the one we wanted to buy was sold out. The hospitality and attention to detail is impeccable and the price very reasonable.If you are visiting the Dolomites soon, this is the hotel to stay in.

Very friendly, very clean and welcoming. Food was very good and the design of the hotel is very interesting with love for details.

Rather expensive and the dinner takes too long. After a long day of activities it's rather difficult to sit and eat for 2 hours when you are exhausted.

We had such a great experience. The best costumer service we have experienced at a hotel. Every staff member was super friendly and very helpful. We extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave. They have done a great job at creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We were excited to come back to our room every evening to gather for dinner. We were in the area for our elopement and they made it a very special stay. We will be back.

New, clean and overall nice hotel. Stayed for 2 nights, everything was pleasant. Good location in Dolomites. Nice balconies in rooms.

Overall liked everything, but the breakfast selection could be bigger.

Rooms were very clean and staff were very nice and helpful. As our group informed hotel staff in advance that we would be unable to make it in time for breakfast in the morning, staff was able to arrange packed lunches for us instead and provided to us at time of check in. Very close to Lake Braies - 15 mins drive only.

The property is very modern and it was the best place we stayed during our vacation in Italy. The owners and workers are extremely nice, friendly, helpful and welcoming. We extended our stay there because we enjoyed it and I will definitely suggest it for others and will definitely stay there if I visit Italy again!

Lovely boutique hotel with excellent food, comfortably appointed rooms. Free parking onsite, e-bikes available. Love the extra deep balcony! A mini-oasis in the Dolomites. Conscientious staff who took excellent care of us during our stay and made our wedding anniversary extra special. Set time and menu for dinner. Well-presented and tasty food. Chef is happy to adjust if you have dietary restrictions. We especially enjoyed the breakfast with the local products, freshly baked bread and pastries and self-service juicer.

Fantastic hotel with super friendly staff with nothing that was too difficult for them. Told them ahead of time it was our wedding anniversary and they organised a special private dinner outside in the glass igloo. Sauna & steam room were really great and spacious. We had live music in the bar one evening which was a great vibe and wonderful cocktails. Breakfast was everything you could want and more. Definitely do the dinner as they are three courses each night and really delicious local cuisine. View of the mountains from the balcony was the icing on the cake. Would definitely stay again.

Only thing I could pick at was that there wasn't an ironing board available which is very minor but we could get an iron which was fine.

Great hotel in wonderful location - one can drive to so many hiking trails in under 30 minutes along small country roads. Very friendly staff, very tasty food, great view from the balcony. The dinner is served at a certain time and feels like a ceremony.

For the swimming pool we only got towels but neither bathrobes nor slippers, which was a bit unexpected.

Everything was splendid! From the staff to the rooms and facilities. Harold was exceptionally nice and instructive! He invited us in his behalf to plan our stay to the slightest of details! Nothing better than a local person advising you on activists, treks and spas. Plenty of things to do in the hotel as well on rainy days - a nice swimming pool with alpine atmosphere. Also the hotel organizes live music events at the bar which was very nice. The room was thoroughly clean, extremely well equipped and very spacious.

Everything, location is across from station. You wake up to amazing views and the staff are wonderful. Food was amazing and great value for money. Live music on a Friday and the facilities were also great
