Hotel Le Bugatti

The hotel is very basic .. located in good area driving wise between Colmar and Strasbourg and surrounded by supermarkets, petrol station and some restaurants

The room is tiny and pillows are really bad for necks and our sleeping affected There was a noise coming from AC even its turned off and no one knew the reasonIf they add a shower door would be better instead of spraying all waters across the small bathroom and towels are so small for bodies

The staff was very friendly, and the room was adequate and fair value. What I particularly liked was that we were provided a little welcome gift for our dog. He got a treat and they provided us with bowls for him.

The room smelled like smoke, which was a bit annoying.

Even though we only stayed one night we were pleasantly surprised with a modern and clean hotel. Our family room was very well designed with separate WC and room with bunk beds for the kids. Location is a bit random but it was a short walk to the station with trains to get to Strasbourg in 20mins.

Very nice design, great breakfast, small but very smart room for a family of 4.

Hotel was an amazing suprise. Very kind staff, breakfast was very good and tasty. Lot of things to choose. Lobby bar was very good and cosy, good to drink local wine and eat some pizza. Hotel room was nice and clean. We had very good time. We definitely recommend this small hotel with perfect location and private parking.

Bathroom was quite small, but nothing we could not handle.

The pillows could do with a massive investment. They are very soft and non supportive.Maybe have extra pillows available.Both coffee machines at breakfast were not working as well as they should.The coffee used to be stronger!

I liked the pictures of old Bugattis on the walls adding some authenticity to the hotel other than just the name. Great check-in experience and nice hotel room. Location is great in Molsheim, not too far from the train station, also there are supermarkets nearby.Even though, I wrote a lot of characters in the "What didn't you like?" section, my overall experience was great and I would still stay in Hotel Le Bugatti the next time I'm around Molsheim.

On the hotel page on Booking.com "Bicycle rental (Additional charge)" is mentioned, which is not correct. The hotel does NOT have bicycles to rent. When I asked about it they told me about a place called "evindezvous" in Dorlisheim, which is about 20 minutes walk from the hotel. I went there to learn that they don't offer this service anymore, they have no bikes to rent. In my opinion, hotels should not list a third party's service on their page because it is deceptive. Why don't you list "Car rental (Additional charge)" on your page and just direct hotel guests to Strasbourg Airport?My checkout eperience was not great. I had an early flight from Strasbourg Airport, so early that I couldn't simply take a train there, therefore I called an Uber. By the way, they could list Uber as "Airport shuttle (Additional charge)" on their hotel page :-)Needless to say that when I went down to the reception to check out there was noone at the reception. Even after multiple knocks on the window and saying "Bonjour" several times, noone appeared while my Uber driver was waiting for me. I expected a quick checkout because my room was already paid for, so I expected that I basically return my room key and au revoir. I found the night watchman in a different room which I believe is the breakfast room and called him to the reception. He was courteous but his English was lacking and told me the room price and that I still have to pay. I tried to tell him that I already paid it and even looked up the Booking receipt to show him proof. He was not convinced and asked for my credit card just in case, which I refused. I was also anxious that I would miss my flight if this lasts longer. He then opened the hotel gates which are locked for the night so I could leave with my Uber.

Really appreciated the hospitality, communicativeness and thoughtfulness of the staff, comfortable facilities, clean rooms. We had a peaceful and comfortable stay!

Not sure if it was just because we stayed after Christmas, but imho the price didn’t match the expectations. We still had a very enjoyable stay, but didn’t quite match the value we’d expect for the price we paid. Also the location is kind of in the middle of nowhere, so not much to do around.

Staff: Nicolas is an exceptional staff member—friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring about the hotel residents. I’d give him a 10/10 for his service.Room Quality: The rooms are beautifully designed with good quality furnishings.Car park: you have a good and secure car park. Area: Area is good and posh area.

Staff: However, the next day, another staff member was not as accommodating and ignored complaints about services that needed attention.Room Quality: Room sizes are quite small, especially for families. It was difficult for four people to move around comfortably, making the space feel very cramped.Cleaning Service: During my stay, when the room was cleaned, only one dirty bed was made, while the rest of the beds were left untouched. This was disappointing and did not meet basic housekeeping standards.Amenities:The coffee machine in the room was not working and offered only coffee. It would be great to have tea options with dry milk sachets or French cow milk.There was no minibar or small fridge, which would be helpful for storing medicine or cold drinks.Breakfast: While the breakfast was decent, the price was high compared to nearby competitors, and the variety offered was limited in comparison.

Amazing property. Nicolas was very helpful The location was perfect, almost midway to all major Christmas markets and the sauna was refreshing

Hotel is very clean and over all much better than I expected ! the staff is very kind and helpful. there was free hot wine which was very nice. if I ever come back to this area, I would stay this place again ! Thank you for the amazing services:)

its bit far from the city of Strasburg. (only about 20min away by train though)but apart from that, everything was great.

Lovely, cute hotel close to Strasbourg, well organised, polite and helpful staff.

The floor of the shower is slippery.

The hotel is really nice, the room was very comfortable and the staff very friendly, we had a small dog with us and they had prepared a bowl and treat in the room which was really nice. Honestly I will stay here again.

The only slight negative was the plastic screen at checkin, that worked during covid but not now, it needs to come down.

Too expensive, self service after 10pm, no reception service, no water during your stay, poor lighting in the rooms, poor breakfast for 14 euros per person!!!
