Hotel Faloria

Had a nice stay til last morning. Packed my belonging for home. Tablet missing. Stolen Thursday..noticed missing Friday morning. Not a nice way to end our stay.

Had my Tablet stolen from my room.Left without it. Hotel staff non responsive to it missing.

The room was very nice. There was a sofa corner in the room for you to enjoy balcony view and sip the coffee. The bed was attentively decorated. There was a coop right next to the hotel. Very convenient. However, the bathroom door was made of glass. (Not totally clear but can still see). Those who concern privacy might need a solution.

The location, the rooms were nice with nice views.

The parking situation was complicated,

Our room was beautifully designed and felt fresh from a recent renovation, with all the modern comforts we could want. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, just steps away from restaurants and shops.The only thing that could have made our stay more comfortable would be a floor fan in the room, as it did get a bit warm.

Wi-Fi was very weak, and phones did not work.Hotel staff did not offer recommendations for restaurants or hikes. We’ve noticed this is the 8th hotel on our trip where local tips were not provided.

When you order a stay through Booking you lose privileges such as parking.

The location to the centre of Moena. Quiet and enjoyable bistro attached. Easy to explore the town

Attention to detail, rooms are excellent and staff are really helpful. Great little bistro on the ground floor.

This hotel is so lovely. Good size rooms with comfortable beds and nice furnishings. The staff are super friendly. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Moena :)

The hotel is in a very nice location, in the city center and has a great view over the mountains. The room was quite big and very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the absence of noise and the large windows overlooking the river and the mountains.

Staff , with exception of the owner who was very nice and friendly, was not very communicative and we didn’t feel comfortable with that.

Very attentive staff, made us feel welcome and also sorted our dinner when returning late although the kitchen was closing.it was really appreciated.beautiful views on mountains and Moena, the room was cosy and the facilities excellent.

This was a charming modern hotel. It was modern and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean and my room had mountain, river, and town views. Although it was in the central of the town it was quiet in the evenings when windows were closed. The decor inside the rooms were of earthy wood tones which added to the warmth and charm of the place. Breakfast was very generous and enjoyable in their caffe below and we enjoyed watching the locals come in for their morning and evening visits. Great location and close to restaurants, caffès, transport and tourist office. We were fortunate to be there when the town had their annual agricultural show parade!

Overall the hotel was perfect for me and my friend. I plan to return soon !
