Temperature controls did not work too hot

The breakfast was very good and the breakfast lady was very nice! All the staff was nice and helpful and check in was very easy. The room was overlooking a nice area and place was kept clean all the time. The area the hotel is in was a few steps away from the centre. Parking was also no problem at all, as hotel had 2 parking places.

That I had to leave!

I was most impressed by the view, the cleanliness of the room, and the daily housekeeping service.

Clean room with the huge bathroom. Very good breakfast strictly in the Italian style. The quiet neighborhood. Distance to the center of Moena ca. 10 minutes walk. Generally recommend.

Rather modest ski room, only ski-boot heater. The opening/closing door system required cellular phone in your pocket all the time.

ski room: the boots heater - strange one, I couldn't put my skiboots on as they frame was too wide; for 2 days the heater did not work at all - no one informed us to take boots into the rooms

I would like to have a fridge in the room and variety in types of bread/savoury options for breakfast

The facilities is very nice, modern and clean. The location is also very convenient because it is a very short walking distance to the center of the town.

Both of our parties feels that the beds are a bit hard.

We would prefer a double bed instead of merged single beds.

This hotel is anything but smart. Room. Temperature must have been well over 33 degrees C. It was boiling. Underfloor heating was too hot for comfort in fact floor tiles in bathroom where cracked. Only Way of surviving was to strip down to underwear keep window wide open in - 2 temperature. Staff had no control over thermostat. We complained uselessly and everytime had heating switched off which made no difference. Room was on ground floor and was noisy. There must be some service rooms close by. Paid eur1008 for 4 nights festive season.

Location, cleanliness, comfortable bed, large bathroom, helpful staff, amazing mountain view, possibility to charge the electric car

Breakfast process should be adjusted to the large number of guests. Once we had to wait for the croissants, and once they were brought, they were immediately taken by other guests.I know that the hosts are planning to modify the breakfast room and kitchen, and hopefully, this would also resolve the problem and enhance capacity.

we got quite small room for three people, the third bed wasn´t the full bed and was quite uncomfortable, the remaining full beds were too hard for us

Stayed for 4 nights to snowboard around the beautiful Val di Fassa and Passo San Pellgrino. Excellent location to Moena - only 10 min walk along a nice valley to the town. Nice staff, lovely room, highly recommended!
