Hotel El Laresh

Breakfast is great. Big room. Great facility.

This hotel was great for our group of 3 friends. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty, and they had a big choice of local wines. We really enjoyed the spa — with the rainy and snowy weather in April, it was so nice to relax in the warm. The rooms were clean and comfortable. For the price, it was a very good choice. We would love to come back!

Location is perfect ,the hotel is clean and the beds are so comfortable, a great breakfast and the stuff was very nice and welcoming.Definitely recommend this place.

The location is impeccable, the views from the balcony was just amazing! Fresh croissants in the morning for breakfast. Very friendly staff who would bend bars for you if you asked!

There was no minifridge on the room. TV on our room was placed very high up, and in a corner. The door to the bathroom slipped from time to time.

Whole hotel has a friendly, family feel and when we had an issue with our motorcycle they did everything to help us out. We were very grateful. Food in the restaurant was authentic and tasty.

The only downside is how far it is up the hill but it was good exercise and you got a great view so not a problem.

Disappointing due to lack of security systems in their bookings

Unfortunately the security systems of this hotel are unacceptable. My booking was intercepted and my credit card charged by thieves. The hotel is aware (they told me on check in) but has taken zero responsibility for not keeping client’s details secure. Not acceptable

Set in a perfect location with views over moena. Cleanliness everywhere. Staff attend all your needs

Atmosphere in hotel - it was like on the mid of 80s. Dark corridors. Staff without smile.

BOOKING.COM CUSTOMERS take note. El Larsh does a bait and switch. Because I did not book with El larch they put me up in a small place several miles away. I was looking forward to taking advantage of El larch amenities. Breakfast lame. When checking in woman knew no English. Don't stay here if you use booking.com

The staff was so kind and the beds were very comfy! Our children loved swimming in the pool, chatting with the chickens, and exploring Moena. We would LOVE to come back with our family!

Pillipo, was very helpful. His dog Lucky helped to make us feel right at home. He was loving and kind.Pillipo gave us good directions to a nice hike and information about the local area. He made our stay a gracious host. We will definitely come back again.

Value for money, quiet

Difficult to drive (extremely steep), our room was not empty when we arrived (people left luggage), got a downgraded room in place. Had to ask explicitly for reduced price on checkout due to this change.Difficult to dinner, took a while to get a menu, and extremely limited choice.
