The spa reception was often unattended, and despite signs, children frequently dived into the pool, which could be disruptive for those seeking relaxation. Overall, these were small inconveniences in an otherwise pleasant experience, and they didn't overshadow the many positives of our stay.
- 95% of hotel occupied by German tour group … they took over the restaurant with announcements and photo-taking, so we kept our meals quick! Reception barely knew English, which was the exception during our 2-week trip staying at multiple hotels.
