- Lovely stay. The staff was so nice and accommodating. We were a large group and it was so nice to meet in the common area for a drink in the evenings after skiing. The spa area is great. Needs to be booked ahead of time but as a group we had the whole place to ourselves. Also it has ski storage. The highlight is the breakfast. It was one of the best we had in a long time. The restaurant also looked very good…! Not far from the city center.
- Finally, La Serenella - it is a fantastic place, great food and company. But Italian is a must.
- I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Serenella, and it truly exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home.Accommodation:My room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, offering a perfect night’s sleep after a day of skiing. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, ensuring everything was spotless throughout my stay.Restaurant:Now, let’s talk about the restaurant—what a delightful experience! The menu offered a fantastic array of choices for breakfast and dinner and every dish I tried was delicious. The ambiance was lovely, perfect for a relaxing dinner, and the staff were knowledgeable and made great recommendations. I'm convince that soon it will be a Michelin star ratted restaurant. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at La Serenella. Whether you're looking for a cozy place to rest or a delectable meal, this hotel has it all. I can't wait to return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We loved the location of the hotel. We were easily able to walk into Moena and have a bite to eat or look around the lovely shops. It was also close (a 15 min drive) to the chair lifts which took us up the mountain and allowed us tp walk in the spectacular mountains. The hotel staff were wonderful and so friendly and welcoming. They were there to answer all of our questions and advise us on where to go (e.g good hikes). The food in the restaurant was excellent- everything is made fresh in the hotel and so delicious. Breakfast was amazing with so much variety.
The beds were a little hard.Other than that, everything else was excellent.
Simply a great hotel in a beautiful town. Everything about La Serenella feels right - attentive staff, tasteful decoration, functional rooms, and great food. It offers very high quality at a reasonable price.
Amazing breakfast, there is everything you could desire. Very kind and helpful staff (special mention goes to Roberto). Perfect location as it is 5 minutes from the ski area. Definitely recommended!
Great location for going to the Marcialonga ski marathon. Good breakfest. Omletes, pancakes, crepes on order. Fresh juice, fruits. Very good spa, pool, saunas. Rooms are spacious.
Pillows were uncomfortable.
Unseen breakfast..easily 5 star. Best croissants I had in my life! Everything is homemade* Position, parking. Highly recommended!
Room and bathroom are a bit cold..
Excellent location, close to QC termeVery clean rooms and bathrooms Great variety of foods and options.Have soy milk!
It’s the perfect place for peace and quiet.Breakfast!!! Oh my God, that breakfast was scrumptious! We’ve stayed in many places through the years, and the breakfast at La Serenella gets 5 stars!! The staff were just perfect, friendly and very professional.
The bed… it was very hard and uncomfortable. Shame. We only stayed for one night, but had we had to stay for longer, we would asked to change room.
Great helpful staff. Breakfast is okey
there was no hot water after 1 min of shower it becomes warm to cold and this 3 days in a roll. this is not what we expect when we have been skiing all day in cold weather.it was not mentioned in the booking app that we the spa has to be paid extra 30eur per day and there was also no availability. and we choose this hotel especially because of the SPA.
Beautiful place. Nice location. Great personnel and a wonderful breakfast
the location is probably the most interesting of this hotel
Becouse of covid-19 we had to queue for breakfast (!!!) and we couldn't access the spa, which was fully booked for the entire week end.. Our room was ok, but room tempertature was definitely low for our taste. We had to ask for an additional blanket twice before succeeding in getting it. Not a bad experience overall, but considering the price of the room I definitely do not recommend it (expecially during covid limitations)
