Location Breakfast (excellent… the best ever among all Italian hotels) Staff was polite and helpfull

Overall it wasn't that bad, but my review is unfortunately negatively impacted by the issue I encountered while checking out.

Unfortunately, it's well known that the overall impression is made more at the end than at any other time, and this hotel disappointed me precisely in the last few minutes of my stay.On the last day, the cleaning company started cleaning the rooms around very early (making significant noise) and at 9:50they started knocking on the door so I asked if they'd clean themselves 2 dishes in the sink since they were five minutes earlier than 10:00 AM theorical checkout (which anyway I've never seen so strictly enforced).They said yes, so I went down to reception, and a very, very arrogant and superficial employee wanted to charge me 50€ for cleaning the dishes I'd just left. 50€ is nothing but it is a matter of principle that you cannot treat a customer with arrogance.

They have a great kids club where they keep the kids entertained in the evening. Parents can go out for a kids free dinner and kids have a great time.

That we couldn’t stay longer.

Pool was amazing , Nice rooms and spaicious balconies and a good garden outside...

Excalent stay. Central location, parking at the location, easy access to the rooms, spa, pool and wellness centre to relax and enjoy after ski.

Just as suggestion, for consideration. I would need softer beds. Sorting of garbage for me was challanging as there was more options than i used to. I didn’t understand the timing of heater in WC to dry towels.

Loved staying in Adler. Comfortable room, excellent SPA, good location near restaurants and shops and a ski bus nearby.

We had a very comfortable stay at Adler Clyb Rrsidence. Well organized Spa zone with pool, sauna, turkish bath and relax zones helps to restore after the skiing. Personal is helpful and supportive. Also location ensures a comfortable late check-in. Definitely recommend for winter family vacation.

I suggest, car parking for guests could be included in the price. However, it costs additional 7€ per day. ?

Good location, nearly shops and restaurants.Apartment was warm and comfortable, but unfortunately not cleaned sufficiently upon check in. Pet friendly- dogs are welcome. Parking is available for a fee.

Not sufficiently cleaning upon check in, towels and sheets were not changed for 7 nights, no cleaning during the entire stay ( all this is possible for an additional fee).Pool full with children, unattended by their parents, jumping and screaming. Wellness area too small for guests of the hotel, naked men in the sauna ?and noisy children despite the ban of them. Breakfast area can’t accommodate all guests, one of the days we were told there is no availability although we wanted to book in advance and that we should ask in the morning, if we can go to breakfast ( 14 euro pp)You are charged 15 euro per day for a dog, but again no cleaning, in this case a flat fee would be more reasonable.The top of the cherry is that you are required to take out the trash upon check out and to clean the kitchen, if not there is penalty of 50 euros.Unreasonable for a 4 star hotel, more likely for a hostel or a camp..

Very good stay for skiing with family. Nice pool and spa in the hotel. Location is excellent in the center of the city. Heated ski box next to garage is the best.

The heating in bathroom was still colul, we were not able to dry the towels after shower or wellness…I have received about 10 emails asking for opinion or evaluation of our stay … a bit disturbing, at least for myself

The place is clean and fine.

The “gym” is just stationary bike, an orbitrek and a track. That’s not a gym by any standards. Not a single dumbbell or a bench or anything for weightlifting. But ok, that’s fine.Threatening your visitors with a fine if they don’t take out the trash, now that is ridiculous.

Room was spacious. Spa area was great and relaxing after day of skiing.
