The hotel is located in a quiet location, a 5-minute walk from the center of Moena. Our rooms, except for the single room, all enjoy balconies with exciting views of the Dolomites. The private bathroom with shower is equipped with hairdryer, parquet floor, Smart Tv, safe, free Wi-fi internet connection. A public ski bus departs in front of the Zirmes hotel for the ski slopes of Alpe Lusia, Passo San Pellegrino, 1.2 mi and 6.2 mi away respectively, and ski busses for the entire upper Fassa Valley. You can also take a bus to Trento and Bolzano train stations. Guests can relax on the sun terrace with panoramic views of the Dolomites. The on-site restaurant serves homemade specialties made from fresh, local produce. Hotel Zirmes has an adults-only spa with sauna, steam room and experience showers, Kneipp path, indoor relaxation pool with effervescence (not suitable for swimming), and outdoor hot tub, open summer and winter. There is also free storage for mountain bikes in summer and free storage for skis in winter.

- Upon aerrival to the hotel, to our shock me and my wife were placed in a room which looked like a student dormitory. I expressed my dissapontment to the owner and in a rude and condescending manner, he replied that if we weren't happy, we could look for a room in a five star hotel. Due to this unpleasant and degrading situation we had no choice but to leave.We are deeply saddened that our first experience of visiting the Italian mountains was ruined by disissive and boorisnbehaviur of thr owner.Dr & Mrs Dabek

Staff is not friendly at all! I don't know what is wrong with them but we fill like the they don't like Americans, beautiful place but a customer service is first, and definitely we didn't fill that!!
Everything was there to relax after my trekking: friendly staff, clean and quiet room (at the back) with a terrace to enjoy the weather, a lovely sauna, the food was excellent (fresh)!

Nice place, extremely friendly and supportive staff, very good meal, precise cleaning, pleasant wellness area.
The room was realy small and you could hear everything from the other rooms. Maybe it was just a case of our room at the back side of the hotel.
