Pros +
- Room cleaning service was outstanding. Location was good.
- The hotel has a perfect location right in the centre of Moena, it has a very nice traditional style and an excellent restaurant where we definitely recommend to have dinner, we had dinner there both nights we stayed and we were really satisfied. The hotel has also a free private parking at 5 minutes walking distance, which is really convenient if you are coming by car.
- food and staff where great , room and especially bathroom way to small
Cons -
- The parking charge. On arrival we were told that it cost 5euros per day to park outside the hotel and were happy to pay this. On checking out we were charged an additional fee which doubled the parking charge to 10euros per day. This should have been made clearer at the start.
- The sound isolation of the room was very bad, it was not a problem for us because we wanted to wake up early, but we could hear everything that was happening in the corridors even early in the morning.

The stuff is superfriendly. The restaurant on the ground floor is also very good and fod the people staying in the hotel there is a 10 % discount on everything. Strongly recommending the place.
