Pros +
- Meals were varied and plentiful. Staff were super friendly. Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable.
- Fantastic place with very nice and polite hotel/restaurant service. Everyone cares about the guests. Very good quality of ski room and spa. Delicious food!
- Excellent dinner - local recepies, big choiceNice wine card.Great location.
Cons -
- Breakfast needed to be earlier. 7am advertised on Booking.com but it didn’t start until after 07:30. Made it quite a rush if you wanted to drive to the ski slopes, guarantee parking and make the first lift of the day.
- In winter : Breakfast should start earlier then 7:45. Like 7:15.To be at the ski slopes at 8:30, when they start to operate, you should leave the hotel at approx. 8:00
- Only small negative was that the efficient motion detector lighting in the corridors was so efficient it didn't come on till you had almost felt your way to the bedroom door or back to the lift!

Location is great, the view from the balcony was amazing; mountains, river.
Great location in the centre of town. We were there for a cycling event and the start/finish line was actually right outside the door! Breakfast was great, room compact but well appointed and comfortable, and great bathroom.
Only small negative was that the efficient motion detector lighting in the corridors was so efficient it didn't come on till you had almost felt your way to the bedroom door or back to the lift!
Food was wonderfull. So was the staff. The bar in the hotel was a nice place to be. Wifi was free and had a good speed. Parking was well filled, but we always found a place.
It was summer, but extremely cold for the time of the year. Bathroom was a bit cold after a hot shower.
Comfortable rooms, nice balconies, very clean, very friendly personnel, excellent and varied breakfast, excellent food from the restaurant, very friendly and cozy bar with a very nice ambience, very friendly bartenders (Hello Dario). The only comment I have is: I would have loved it if the room had a coffee maker, an some additional complimentary items (like a bottle of water, box of tissues etc...) but these are minor.
sometimes too many small children shouting and running around during dinner
Atmosferę, breakdast and wonderful dinners. The bar in the hotel is great. The owners are nice and helpful.
Great location. Nice enough spa/sauna. Nice jacuzzi. Good breakfast and dinner. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is lively, it accommodates a lot of people and we liked the busy atmosphere. The ladies serving the food were very friendly.Thursday there is a DJ evening in the bar.Other amenities like the Foosball and Ping-Pong tables were a great way to pass some time.
Parking place was kind of crowded and hectic. We always found a spot, but it should be paved/deiced and parking lines should be drawn, else people park randomly. Shower head was punctured / broken, but usable.
The hotel provided us free power adapter, and is in a beautiful city. They let me check in late, and the staff, especially in the kitchen, were helpful. The Wi-Fi was good for getting work done.
Our hotel stay had its drawbacks. Firstly, the power outlet near the desk wasn't working. Additionally, breakfasts started at an inconvenient time of 7:45 AM, making it challenging to catch the last bus to Sella Ronda at 7:56 AM. Moreover, there was only one towel for both of us, and the provided blanket was too small. The absence of a kettle in the room was inconvenient. However, the major setback was the dinners – not always tasty, and unfortunately, we suffered from food poisoning on the last day, significantly impacting our overall impression. Our rating might be around 7-8, but now it's 6
This hotel has a fantastic central location in the very picturesque village of Moena, in the heart of the Dolomite mountains. Best of all is the staff who was very friendly( specially the staff from restaurant ) . The rooms were very nice ,clean, spacious, and with all the modern features anybody would want. Evening meals was a choice of 3 different courses and breakfast was a generous buffet. Free parking at the side of the hotel.
We have visited the restaurant at the front of the hotel many times as we ski in the area every year. This was the first time we have stayed in the hotel and it didn't disappoint. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. Sadly the bar and restaurant at the front of the hotel was closed for most of our stay, which was a shame. Halfway through the week we switched to half board and ate our evening meal in the dining room. Food was good value with a good choice of menu. Staff were all lovely, reception were super helpful and always on hand. Hotel has a lift which is handy as we were on the very top floor. We had a lovely balcony over looking the river. Unfortunately they are doing building work on the river floor defenses right outside the hotel so at times it was very noisy but we were out most days so it didn't affect us. Bathroom was fine, shower worked ok. Roof terrace hot tub was just amazing, we often had it to ourselves! Stunning views and hot tub warm and clean. The spa in the basement is also beautiful. Two large hot tubs sunk in at floor level, rain shower sections, steam room and sauna. All included in the cost of the hotel which made it good value.Mini fridge in the room was unexpected and most welcome. Rooms were very clean. Will defo look at booking the hotel again for skiing should we switch from self catering. It is located right in the centre of the Moena.
Noise from building work outside, but that is not the hotel's fault. Room was a bit tired looking with a lot of the furniture scratched and a bit worn, the hotel allows dogs so we suspected some of the door scratches were from previous canine guests. The bathroom had a bath with a shower over, quite hard to get in and out of. The bath had a jacuzzi feature, however when we ran the water to fill the bath it was brown and full of black bits. Despite running it many times the muck kept coming out of the taps. In the end we gave up and just used the shower which seemed to be ok.
Good choice of breakfast, helpful staff, very good food.
All romanian women in the restaurant were impecable!! Thank you!!!
