Hotel Bucaneve

Location and breakfast, staff was kind.

No internet (no WiFi and no mobile data, although obviously missing mobile data is not their fault), room was in very poor condition (loose lock, uncomfortable bed, broken WC cover, no attention to details).

Cleaning staff were very friendly, hotel was clean.

Beds are absolutely horrible. Barely slept. Everything is very dated and in need of an overhaul.

We had a good size room with hot radiators - a must to dry clothes after a day on the slopes! The shower cubicle was small but there was piping hot water. Breakfast was good and staff hard working and friendly. Parking available outside hotel and a room in basement to store snowboards/skis.

the price paid was absolutely not in line with a structure like that.The room was not clean at all. We couldn't take a shower because the water was cold.I absolutely do not recommend it

If you want to spend your holiday without mobile phone and with your dog, it' s the best accomodation ?.Ski bus perfect.

Super-friendly staff and a comfortable hotel, maybe an hour's walk down from Passo San Pelligrino

Only that we had to diverge an hour from our walk on the Alta Via 2.

The breakfast was okay. And that’s the only nice thing I can think of.

The walls are not insulated at all, could hear everything that was going on in the bedrooms next to us. The beds were horrible. Way too hard and very, very uncomfortable. The bathrooms are not any better than the beds. There are no curtains. The WiFi isn’t working. The floor was still wet when we came in. The staff tries to make the best of it but I feel sorry for them.

The hotel changed the room from a triple one (booked for 2 persons) to a double one with a double bed without informing/asking in advance.

only redeemable thing was the breakfast, which was very good!

most uncomfy bed i’ve ever slept in. wi-fi didn’t work at all. and i requested a room with two beds and got one with one bed.

The hotel is located in a nice place, and the quality for the price is quite good. Tasty breakfasts, although there wasn't always milk in the coffee machine. We didn't have much contact with the staff, but everyone was kind and friendly. The worst thing was the terrible internet. To the extent that even Google Maps didn't work, which is very troublesome for planning further mountain trips. The parking space is a plus

It was a nice stay - I enjoyed it. The room was clean and warm. Breakfast as well as a dinner were rich and tasty. XC tracks are good for 1-2 days, SanPelegrino resert is very good place - not crowded, interesting long slopes. Thank to the whole team!
