- This place is ok, not more. The dormitory lacks intimacy (the bathroom walls are not reaching the ceiling) and equipments (there is one light and you need to step on someones bed to turn it off). But there are plugs for everyone and a fan for each bed too. The kitchen, although available, is pretty lightly equiped : one person/couple at a time or else not enough pans. The place is shared with the owners who are delightful though, and will warmly welcome you. They might have been in a rush when we got here but we had to ask for towels and sheets. Also they seem to have a lot of troubles using booking (the price wasnt the one booking showed and they dont have some options booking announced). Overall ok for a night but I wouldnt have stayed for more.

- I needed a place to stay in Rivas last minute and came here. I was welcomed warmly and given a nice sized room with a comfortable bed. I had some good conversation with some young travelers from Canada, and got to explore the surrounding area, which is a wonderful neighborhood. In the morning, I was given some good coffee, and relaxed in the backyard. This place isn't fancy, but it is comfortable, and clean, and is filled with warmth. It's run by a nice married couple, and Max even drove me to the ferry port for a very fair price. They are beautiful people. I will definitely come here next time I am in Rivas.

- Ot did seem like the room I was in had walls erected in about 10 minutes and could be bent, but still surprisingly comfortable
- That I couldn't stay longer
