Hotel Serena - Tre Cime Views

Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good! Place was super cute.

Bed wad hard, and must have been slanted because I was sliding off all night. But it was fine and room was cute.

Amazing location, clean spacious room, nice breakfast and easy parking. And friendly staff. On top of that great view, although I couldn’t see much due to weather.

It's a good location and a great alternative compared to Cortina. Very friendly to price-sensitive visitors.

After 8 pm, not many options to eat in the neighborhood.

Staff was very helpful. Very welcoming and nice, even when we had a personal request, they didn't hesitate and helped us. The room has very nice wooden design.Good breakfast.

Shower was very small and tight, it was hard moving inside whole showering.

Super cute rooms with a cabin like feel. Our was quite small but very cozy and we had a balcony. The host also gave us a restaurant recommendation which we tried and we loved.

The breakfast was simply magnificent.

No AC in the room. It was very stuffy at night in August. We got such a small room that there was no place to put a suitcase. A very tiny bathroom.

Everything was great, and the breakfast was excellent. The host was very friendly, and we would love to come back here. The wooden wall had a fresh, clean scent and left a strong impression — it was absolutely wonderful.

We stayed here to be close to tre cime, where at the same time we wont be spending too much for the hotel. Its value for the money. The location is very quiet, and its not busy. The hotel is along the road and it has an available parking nearby. Its a family owned hotel, its very clean. The breakfast were delicious, with lots of choices. The rooms and toilets are very clean, aesthetic, it has a balcony with a beautiful view. We got the 3rd floor room, and we requested to move on to the lower floor on the following day, so We got the 1st floor room with balcony. They are very considerate.

No lift. But they helped us with our luggage.

This was a great place to stay. Everyone was very nice, there was free parking, the breakfast was great before going hiking. Nicola was super helpful in helping us get a bus to Tre Cime since they had changed to a reservation system about a week before we arrived and we had no idea and it was sold out of the times we wanted to go.

For us, the beds were too firm, but we understand that is personal preference. Everything else was great for us!

A charming family-run hotel with beautiful views. There is ample parking available for guests who drive. Although the hotel does not have a lift, the owner is very helpful and assisted us with our luggage.We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options. Additionally, there are several nearby restaurants where you can experience authentic Italian cuisine.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful accommodation in a beautiful setting.

The staff were super friendly and the breakfast exceptional. Lots of variety and delicious.....the rooms are a little small but had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay l.

The hotel is located in a nice small Italian town, in the center of the Dolomites.

In the hotel room the bed was really in bad condition, very uncomfortable. All the noises in the hotel and from the street seemed like happening next to my bed :( The breakfast was really poor.

A small room, very clean and with a good bathroom. Excellent breakfast.

The soundproofing was so bad that we could hear our neighbor snoring from the room next to us. He snored all night, so I couldn't sleep for a minute.

Wifi is slow when many guests are connected

The hotel is next to the skiing slope. They also have garage and ski room. Rooms are new and really comfortable. Also the staff was nice.

The staff was nice, the room had heating and was ready for the guest. We were offered rooms to choose from.

The breakfast was quite limited. The bathroom was really small and with some fungi stains. the fotografs made impression that it would be a more isolated romantic spot. a bit overpriced.
