Its all about expectations. When you rent a room with balcony (view lake or mountain), you do not expect to be at the same level of a parking lot with no privacy at all. Moreover the mattress are thin and not very comfortable.
Ledies at the hotel are super kind and hospitable. The town is beautiful. Was absolutely happy to stay!
