Hotel Sorapiss

Wonderful stay! Great views! Very close to Tres Cime and monte Piana! The Refugios behind the ski lift across the way! Quaint little town. Great restaurant next door with lovely staff! Cozy fire in the hotel each night! Awesome breakfast spread! 10/10 would return!!!!

Hotel is placed in an amazing place on the lake, views from the balcony are fabulous, the rooms are very clean and all of the stuff was super friendly and polite, breakfast was good, and overall stay was excellent, thank you for your lovely hospitality.

At reception Nichola was very kind and helpful. One of the nicest people we met in Italy. He helped us figure out buses for our hikes and even prepackaged our breakfast since we wanted to leave earlier than it started.

The bed was slightly harder than I like.

Everything was well above our expectations. The location could not be better, being just across from Misurina Lake. 15 min drive to the trailhead to Lake Sorapiss, and 15 min walk to the bus stop to Refugio Auronzo (Tre Cime trailhead). The entire property was clean and comfortable, and the owner was very helpful. He gave us a lot of very helpful advices on trips we had during our stay. Especially surprising was the fast wi-fi, which I know is a rarity in the middle of the Dolomites. Breakfast was very nice, and for the days we left early for day-hikes, we were provided with sack lunch. We will definitely return to this place!

Parking was a bit difficult when we returned late from day hikes. A fridge in the room or in a common area would have been nice. Perhaps, an earlier breakfast time would be nicer.

The location is superb. The bus station to Tre Cime is a 15 min walk. The lake view was very nice. The hotel restaurant is open most hours of the day, which is not to be taken for granted in the Dolomites and very convenient. The caprese panini we took to go was sooo delicious. The guy at the reception was amazing and went above and beyond to help us out with extra blankets and information about the area, as well as let us leave the car at the hotel far beyond the check out time, which was super handy and saved us looking for parking near the Tre Cime bus station.

The sound insulation is quite bad. One of the male waiters was a bit rude.

Very good location to visit 3 Cime and around Misurina Lake. Precious parking spot around the hotel. The director and personal was very helpful and friendly.

A location around Lake Misurina is so perfect. Walking, taking photographs at sunrise and sunset is easy. A room is clean and of a comfortable size. The price is reasonable. The breakfast is tasty and diverse. The staff are very kind and helpful, especially Nicola, the receptionist, who helped us contact the Italian garage to fix our car's tyre. Thank you for the attractive memory.

Their breakfast was good. And the location was great with amazing views.

Our room was like a step back to the 80’s. Bare bones. No A/C so not ideal for summer stays when it’s hot (like the time we were there). And the toilet in our room was so close to the shower you basically have to have one foot in the shower while using the restroom. Wild!

The staff was exceptional. Nicola from the reception was very friendly, patient and very helpful. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. All staff members were very kind. This made our stay very cosy.

This property was perfect, situated on a little lake with a gorgeous view. Location was perfect for various hikes in Dolomites. Rooms were spacious and everything was very clean. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was phenomenal.

The location is perfect. You are close to so many beautiful places.The staff is always kind and helpful.Parking is accessible and it's easy to find a spot around the hotel.The Wifi is good (100 mbps), with a stable connection.Breakfast is good, with enough choices.

I did not check preperly in advance, but the rooms are quite small, even for a single person.The bed could be improved. It was not comfortable.

Fantastic location just beside the lake with ample parking space available. Manager was excellent, and he upgraded our room to lake view. The ambience of the room, reception area and restaurant was excellent.
