Very friendly staff, great location to do the tri cime hike the next day as it is situated on the trailhead and with a gorgeous lake outside

Wish there was more healthy breakfast options, a bit weird to enter a hotel through a restaurant as there was no separate entrance and the rooms are not soundproof so you can hear anyone who walks past at night

No elevator and had to carry luggage up 3 flights, minor inconvenience.

The absolute best location-it was beautiful! Check in was easy and the room was as pictured and clean and comfortable.

This was the best hotel of our trip.The room was spacious with a huge deck outside overlooking the forest.We witnessed our first snowfall here and the experience was surreal!Marlo and his staff are warm, friendly and very helpful.He even made me a hot drink with tea and liqueur since I had a sore throat.Great location to explore the lake and Tre Cime Lavaredo!

Location with great views, but isolated. Very close to Misurina and about half an hour from Cortina. Good breakfast with natural orange juice. Rooms with balconies allow for a spectacular view.

Price. You can find much more attractive prices in the immediate area, but this is what we chose.

Hotel was beautiful with a great location and amazing views! The bar and restaurant on- site made it very convenient as the hotel is situated outside of town. It was perfect for hiking Tre Cime.

The staff were friendly, but frenzied. They had many limitations on the times when you could purchase certain items from restaurant menu. For example, no snacks were available with apertivi and the only item you could order was their mini pizzas, which we did one night and then they forgot the pizza and when staff realized that we were waiting for it, they ran back and took it out of oven and served it to us burnt with no apology or reduction in price.The food and drink service could be very much better if staff seemed to care as the taste of the food was very good, but they tended to look right through customers all the time.This may be just because it was the end of the season and they are exhausted?

Perfect location for hiking Tre Cime. Beautiful views. Quiet. You can access some trails from right across the street . Cozy restaurant with fireplace. Very good breakfast though it doesn't start until 7:30. Nice bathroom with good water pressure.

The room is very small. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Dinner we had at the restaurant was expensive and not good, which was surprising because the breakfast was great.

The room had a unique bathroom setup where the toilet and shower are not fully enclosed and open to the room. This created a damp, bathroom smell that was very strong and unpleasant. An air freshener would be a welcome addition. The bed was also a platform bed on the ground. The room was quite cold.

The breakfast wasn’t good. There was no selection, no vegetables, things not fresh.

Staff is wonderful and kind. Hotel is lovely and clean.

Great place very close to the Tre Cime di Lavaredo site. Varied breakfast and dining place at night. We ran into traffic and arrived really late. They waited for us to check in until we arrived.

They tell you breakfast starts at 7:30 but by then most tables have been used before and left with used dishes, cups and cutlery, and they are not replaced.

Reached the hotel after hiking in the area. Great location next to the lake and a very welcoming staff! We went hiking in tres Cime the next day and could take the bus from right outside the hotel.

first we got the small room then i asked the staff why i booked the superior and got the small room? they change it to big room and gave me 2 keys to check which one is meeting my exaction.. the staff was kinds the location super close to the attraction and to the frozen lake .

Very nice cozy hotel at a beautiful place with breathtaking view to the mountains and lake. Rooms are very nice, clean and comfy. Abundant breakfast for a little surplus. I can only recommend.

Perfect place to stay in Misurina! Nice camera with comfortable bed, balcony with a view and spotless bathroom. Exceptional breakfast, only with local food. Really feels the mountain's atmosphere.

Hotel, only hotel open in Misurina, had no staff on duty, restaurant was closed, breakfast was self-serve low end motel style continental.Since other resturants in Misurina were also closed, dinner was do it your self defrost dinner in kitchen area (with no staff present at the hotel.) Check in was also self done, code for entering building ( at back of hotel) we did not have but fortunately someone else came to let us in and gave us the door code. Hotel is a trail head to popular hike, there is no reserved parking for check in ( or hotel). Only parking during day( and our check in )was in muddy field about 50 meters away. we know it was the off-season in the area but we felt like we were imposing on people who did not wish to be there. At our next location, for the same cost (which also including full breakfast and dinner, served by wonderful staff) we had a fantastic experience. The hotel was also in “ off -season” and in a harder to get to location.
