Sometimes internet connection is not stable but not a pb, I didn't go to the Dolomites to work.

The room is not big but okay for four ppl, there is a double bed, a single bed, and a single sofa bed. The view from the window was just amazing!!! We will surely rebook the room if we ever come back.

Would be good to have a kettle in the room, so that we can boil hot water during cold weather

The location was fantastic. The room had an outdoor theme which both unique and functional. I really liked the dinner and breakfast setup and quality of the meals and service.

The hotel is modern, the rooms are newly decorated and spacious, walk in shower, fine decor like 4 star hotel.

The room temperature was 16 deg when we checked in and although the heating was turned on for few hours, it was too cold.The breakfast was continental and very basic, the buffet had only one cheese and one type of smoked meat. Thats the reason why we moved to another hotel

great location, very quiet, room size is on the smaller side, but enough for two people, modernized room, huge bathroom, super breakfast, very helpful staff. Two days after i checked out the hotel, i was hiking in the same area. I asked the staff for a huge favor. They still accommodated my need even i already checked out. Really appreciate it.

Loved this location at the end of the lake, just a bit more quiet with easy walking access. The staff were friendly and helpful, they even packed us a breakfast since we were leaving early to hike. I would definitely stay again, the rooms are nicely decorated, clean and the shower was great. Breakfast was pretty standard, nice service.

The beds are firm, worked well for us.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was "honest": just right.

Location was great in order to visit Tre Cime, Monte Piana, Lago di Braies and Val Fiscalina. We walked to the bus stop paid 10 euros per person to ride up and back to Tre Cime.

Mattress was a bit too firm for me and the pillows were rather flat.

The layout of quadruple room was a bit tight and strange. There is no space to walk.

Big rooms and a perfect location for hitting Tre Cimi. The trail by the lake was lovely also. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great.

No big deal but the elevator wasn’t working well.

Georgia was a gem! She made us personal breakfast bags, along with a thermos of coffee, each morning we hiked (breakfast wasn't served until 7:30, so she wanted to make sure we were fed leaving at 5:30-6 am). All of the staff members were kind and accommodating. The rooms were updated with rainfall shower heads and the views were absolutely incredible! And the location was impeccable to the trailheads, restaurants and shops.

The only downside was stiff matresses and pillows.

The elevator didn’t work while we were staying.

The property is set in a beautiful location on the lake. It was so beautiful that my partner proposed there! Such a beautiful view of the Dolomites and the rooms were very comfortable, updated and stylish. Dinner was also delicious and the staff were so attentive.

The location was absolutely amazing, with gorgeous views that made mornings feel peaceful and evenings feel like magic. Every sunrise painted the landscape in a beautiful, golden light that just took my breath away. I couldn’t get enough of the flaky, buttery croissant that melted in my mouth, especially when paired with a rich Latte Macchiato that had just the right amount of sweetness. It was the perfect way to kick off my day!

Dinner
