It is old and not directly on the lake as pictures

The breakfast was pretty great for being included in the price. Eggs/meat selections, lots of pastries, coffee dispenser and different juices, cereal, breads, yogurt etc.

The dinner buffet was meh…veggies were served cold? Had to pay for water, and the 7EU dessert labeled ‘cheesecake’ was a cup of whipped cream with crumbles in the bottom.

Location, views, pool

The location is great - right next to the lake, easy to reach. The only shop nearby that's open on Sundays is right below the hotel, alongside a reasonably good bar, the few restaurants that are in Misurina are a few minutes walk away.The hotel itself is in a good condition, the rooms are well-kept, clean, and reasonably well equipped.The staff is courteous but visibly overworked.Breakfast was good, the view of the lake makes it even better.

Parking can be somewhat chaotic, the hotel has a parking lot behind the building, but it's somewhat small for the amount of cars. The public parking in front of the hotel is okay for the night, though, just make sure you get a parking disc (disco orario) for the morning hours.As mentioned, the staff is somewhat overworked, check-in and check-out might take a while because of the sheer amount of people lined up at the reception counter.

The suite was clean and well presented. Separate bedroom to living area. In room fridge is great to chill you drinks before a hike. Breakfast selection was good. Parking was included in the overnight price. A well stocked grocery store is located under the hotel for some handy supplies. Some restaurants around the lake offer a good choice for dinner.

The view from our room was obstructed by the sign out the front of the hotel. The boards on the deck need some attention and could be a trip hazard. The shower is quite small if you are a larger person.

It was quite dated and needed some renovation. Not a lot of parking available; was asked to park next door at the grocery store one evening. Breakfast was acceptable, but not great.

Very good service and help from the front desk. The view across the lakes at the Dolomites is amazing.

We had a very nice, spacious room with very beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Location was very central to our planned itinerary ie Tres Cime, Lake Braies, Cortina and Cinque Torri/Nuvolau. The breakfast was excellent with large varieties of food. We also had dinner at the restaurant which we felt was better than the TripAdvisor ratings.

The parking was limited but they allowed us to park in the underground car park when the open car park was full.

The location was excellent in order to arrive at the Auronzo (Tre Cime) gate early.

The staff provided us a take away breakfast for the early morning hike but it was just prepackaged cookies and breads, a juice box and an apple.

The Location of hotel, the breakfast and the staff, especially the breakfast staff were excellent. Water pressure was strong, and WiFi was good. Booking pool time makes sense when the hotel is full, however time slots should be offered at time of booking so late arrivals are not paying for a pool they cannot use.

I booked two separate beds, the room given had two single beds pushed together with no space in the bedroom to separate them, and the pull out couch was not an option. Balcony in a corner, looking at parking lot was very disappointing and should be communicated upfront before booking. The bathroom shower faucets were separated from the tile, creating a hole behind where hopefully water is not escaping to below. Otherwise it was a good stay, good amenities, and quiet.

We were upgraded to a lovely suite with plenty of room for the two of us for our three night stay. It was very close to Tre Cime and a short drive to Dobbiaco and Lago di Braies. Walking around the lake was very pleasant and the reflections of the mountains in the morning and evening were incredible. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Parking was inadequate and cramped.

Beautiful location and fun hotel with history. Close to several incredible hikes. Indoor pool was fantastic. Breakfast included was terrific and so was the staff. There is also a great market below the hotel.

Some of the 4th floor rooms are funky. And after first floor toilet was squeezed in next to shower. Front desk was a little overmatched and slow.

Noise, bad furniture, the creak of doors, no glasses, no shoe spoon …It’s a three star hotel, but not four for certain.

Great location to discover the area. Room for 3 was spacious and had comfortable beds.

The hotel interior outdated and needs to be modernized and refreshed.The food was poor and to many people. It was like eating at canteen in a factory. We chose to eat elsewhere
