The Spa was wonderful. Breakfast was good but pricey.

Meals and drinks were a bit pricey. The messages could be better.

Quiet location in a typical Dutch village. Good onsite restaurant with attentive staff.

Room comfortable

One dreadful staff member in the resturant Basically after a long wait at the bar told us she had no time to serve us - we went elsewhere. Looking at previous posts this seems to be a persistent problem. One post suggests it may be an issue with nationality - would probably agree. Needs management attention. Not acceptable.

Location of the hotel was perfect for the purpose of the trip. Enough parking places for disabled people.

The window was locked and there was a big sticker on it so..no view. We had a room where the wash tube was not in the bathroom. There was a lamp above and it was not possible to be switched off. We had to switch off the electricity and then we could not recharge anything. A note how to sw8tch it off, will help a lot.

The room setting is very nice and cosy. The hotel is situated at a great location, which makes it easier to achieve a restful stay.

The bed was not ideal for a couple. There was a gap in the middle of the bed. There was no mirror in the bathroom, and they charged tourist taxes per night.

Easy parking, good bar/ restaurant and exceptional wellness facilities.

Being ultra critical, the double bed was two singles with two duvets.

Thanks for a lovely stay, the staff were very friendly, the room always clean, the bed was really comfortable and shower was truly excellent, that is everything I could ask for, next time I come back to the Netherlands I will have no hesitation in staying here.Many thanks for helping make our stay to see Bruce Springsteen in Nijmegen very memorable.

Great, big room, superb staff communication and customer service. Good parking and a great location.We visited just for a few days but it was a great stay.We forgot something in our room but because of the great staff and great communication afterwards, we got it back fast and easy.Thank you

The drainage in the bathroom smelled.

Hotel is in a large wellness complex, the rooms are modern and clean, the bed was comfortable. Reasonable space to work at with some charging points (no USB).

Restaurant food was not so good. Bed not the most comfortable

Clean, good internet, quiet

Hotel with a trend to offer low rates by downgrading. The washing sink was in the middle of the room which is actually more of a 1* hotel than a 4**** one.The hotel is part of a large spa and sports center and it looks accordingly impersonal.I don't understand, if I pay immediately at arrival, why I can't get my bill also immediately. If I have to ask for it the day after I waste time for departure.

Room was spacious and clean.

Had a lot of problems with the key(s) as they stopped working after a day. Also the bedlinnen was just laid on the bed, making it shift...

Bad

The lobby staff was a bit lost and unsure on what to do with the reservation when I got there, almost sufficient English, there was lack and inability to answer for all the information needed for the spa services, there was no catalog available in English, the room had poor ventilation system, I switched rooms, cleaning was poor, there was dust everywhere, no fridge, poor amenities, small towels. When addresed to the spa center, they claimed to be fully booked (they opperate from morning till late evening), for the whole week... More than expensive for the services provided. Would not recommend.

Weird interior design

Continental Breakfast was really good. Coffees are great. The espresso machine and kettle service in the room was a very nice extra :) `Location is perfect if you're interested in World War II sightseeings, hence the reason we chose this one.

Window in the bedroom wasn't able to open horizontally, only vertically . It got warm in the room and there was no AC.

The room was big and restaurant staff was friendly.

The receptionist told me that if we’d wanted a room that had airco,, we’d have to upgrade to premium. It seems strange to me that upgrading is a thing. We paid a lot of money and the room smelled like mould. The hotel uses the Wellness boat in their ads, even on the picture above my review, but those are two separate things.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. The shower was amazing. Location was in easy reach of a supermarket and some restaurants.

The bar closed at 11pm. The spa area was not suitable for everyone.

Staff, room size, shower, room facilities, restaurant food and drinks. Great bars, restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance

Price of breakfast, swimming pool available for naked swim. No sports bar

no staff !!! wasn’t allowed to eat in the Resturant as no staff told to go next door beds were singles when was told it was a double. no staff on reception to complain to
