Hotel Desatero

This property was amazing!!! We had the perfect room in a great location. It was quiet and very comfortable for a family of 4.

Nothing, it was perfect

super breakfast, super room and perfect localization

Very bright and spacious room. Pretty cool bathroom! And very comfortable bad. :)

We got thin blankets for the period of the year. But it did not bother us too much.

Good location

The shower mixer was not mixing water. It was either very hot or ice cold water so we could not take a shower. Sleeping place in the attic floor was too hot, because all the hot air from the heating was going up.

Spacious and attractive rooms in renovated building. Delicious breakfast. Easy to access location with easy walk to restaurants and cafes.

Slight communication problems due to information being transmitted by Alfred app.

Location, history, decoration

The tv in the middle of the room/ dominating the central area. The fact that there was no staff to answer questions or store our luggage with after checkout.

Very beautiful interiors, cosy, well located in Mikulic - would stay here again!

We were missing a bit staff and a reception but that was taken over by the hotel next door.

Online booking, electronic locks all over the place, no key or card needed. We never met anyone from the staff, everything was sorted out online, booking, check-in, checkout, PIN for doors, communication. Very practical. The place is in a great location, just under the castle. It is very beautiful place, outside, inside and the rooms as well.Parking was for free and available just next each of the entrances.

Living at second floor, brings the harsh reality of walking up the stairs :DBreakfast was served in the hotel next door. Even though Desatero has it's own restaurant, it did not work. The other things one can miss on long stays, would be oven, dish washer, wash machine and dryer. But for short stay it is not needed.

The hotel is in a great location on a historic street, with beautiful and comfortable rooms and great amenities.

There is no staff at the reception, should you need anything. I had already arranged a slightly earlier arrival and still had to call because my door code didn't work. I had also arranged to pick up my bags later after check-out and again had to call to get the door to work. Nothing major, but a little frustrating after great e-mail communication.

Great location, modern well kept and clean rooms. Well appointed. Very convenient parking.

Nothing. All good.

Well located and modern and clean

Terrible check in experience ! Got a message to “speed up” check in process by doing it online, but when we arrived (7pm) there was nobody at the reception and all was automated = we stood in the rain for 15min doing the check in to get our code. When we got into our room it was not clean.Called and got given a different room, that had a big window (was less nice), but no blinds = so woke up with dawn.It said breakfast was 8-10, but the restaurant was closed.

Air conditioning was a life-saver! Perfect location, no problem with parking.

it was close to the main square, but quiet, it's a renovated old house, very nice.

Everything was perfect!

Good location

The facilities were poor, no cups in the room and only 2 tea bags. Complicated check in and no staff to be seen. The restaurant was closed.

Great location, nicely renovated, cozy but modern. view on chateau. quiet corner but still very close to all restaurants and wine bars. very good Italian restaurant (run by super nice Italian) downstairs. we will come back for sure.

would be great to have a breakfast option every day.

Delicious breakfast

No elevator

Nice room, great location!
