Hôtel - Restaurant Le Globe

Wonderful hotel. Staff was attentive and friendly. Convenient location in town. Easy to walk to winery tastings and restaurants. Would stay here again.

It is far from the train station, but that is true of everything near town.

Rooms are a bit dark.

The location of the hotel is great. Our bedroom was spacious & well appointed. The staff deserve a special mention as they are all friendly & helpful. Both the breakfast & dinner were delicious. We would warmly recommend Le Globe.

The air conditioning even when turned off made a very loud noise. The bathroom sink taps were loose , the shower head didn’t stay in position. The vanity mirror had a screw missing so you couldn’t use it . The mirrors in the bedroom were not clean very smeared.

This is a friendly hotel in the heart of the delightful village of Meursault, which serves excellent food and wine. We stopped off for a gastronomic treat and were not disappointed. The rooms were also lovely. Fabulous shower

Breakfast was exceptional as well as light bites for lunch. Front terrace is a very atmospheric section and i must say the all female staff were exceptionally charming and attentive.

The staff were helpful and friendly. They were welcoming to my very small timid dog providing bowl and bed in the room.

The room was very small and the price was €154 a night which I felt was high given there are no lifts and you carry your bags up 3 big flights of stairs.

Room was quiet dark regarding colour choice and flimsy wall partitioning to bathroom Not any flat surfaces to put your bags Restaurant had no vegetarian menu but suggested I on rhe €55 menu for the main course jut had the vegetables ?As it turned out I had a main course and then the cheese it was expensive but there you go

Very good hotel, probably recently refurbished as everything looks fresh and clean. The room and bathroom are of good sizes and everything seemed clean. The location is very good, within easy walking distance of all key points in Meursault. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant is excellent.

No parking expensive restaurant for what it was

I booked the Globe on the road at the last moment, just looking for a bed for the night.On arrival I was asked if I wanted dinner, so to make life easy I said yes, not expecting anything remarkable.How wrong was I. From the moment I entered the restaurant the whole performance started.The waiting staff are like theatre performers. Charming, knowledgable, with ballet like movement.The food was quite exquisite. Fabulously presented with colour, form and textures. The flavours are astonishing and delicate.In the end I had four courses including the “chariot de fromage”, everyone needs to experience that once in their life.The meal cost the same as the room, but was possibly the best meal I have ever had and I would dare to suggest the Globe is a restaurant with a hotel attached.

I had to leave the next day.

Perfect location in a gorgeous wine town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Interesting room that had all the usual facilities including a coffee maker. Spacious, very clean bathroom. Terrace outside. Dogs really well catered for. Fabulous breakfast with fresh produce

It was really lovely and I would highly recommend it. We were lucky to find a parking space opposite the hotel but this could be an issue . Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open but we were given names of restaurants within walking distance before hand so we're able to book a very nice alternative.
