Kind and welcoming host, comfortable atmosphere, great location in quiet Piano di Sorrento.

The property was very nice and clean. The room was spacious and it was nice they made up the room each day. The daily spread of breakfast and access to the terrace was a highlight.

It is a bit of a distance from the center of town, but luckily there is the local train that runs that way fairly frequently.

Everything was great - super convenient location, hospitality, kindness of the hosts. Also, handsome business owner :)Highly recommend this place, would come back again!

Gorgeous old house with spectacular gardens setting. Room was lovely. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast with special home cooked Easter cake. We really enjoyed our time staying here.

The venue was really nice with a beautiful garden.The staff have been amazing.The room is very tidy and clean with a lovely terrazza.Very good location.Only 5 minutes walk to the center or to the train station.

Everything was nice but there were lots of stairs to go up the room.

The B&B is part of a larger villa that seems to be being restored. The hosts are very friendly and helpful; breakfast is delicious and it is possible to get an evening meal (which was superb), if the host is given sufficient notice. There is a stop for the airport bus about 15-20 min walk away and it is possible to walk into Sorrento (about 3km) or catch a SITA bus. In a quiet part of town.

Everything was nice, the room was very pretty. Great breakfast!

Lots of stairs, but that wasn't a big problem. We also had a little issue with the flush of the toilet, but we were able to solve it even without calling anyone from the staff. Everything went smoothly.

Tricky to find but it wouldn't be a secret then would it?!Lovely town, parking is challenging but worth it.Staff were exceptional.

The location is amazing. The house is surrounded by gorgeous trees and vegetation. The rooms are located at the 4th floor, there are terraces from where you can admire the surroundings. The architecture is authentic and impressive. The hotel is at a 10 minute walking distance from the train station or the port. The staff were very kind and helpful, the gave us important advice and indications, they even made dinner reservations for us at a local restaurant. A good breakfast was served every morning according to our wishes or programme.

This hotel is in a super pretty, hidden away location. It felt like we were in another world walking into it. The staff was super friendly, and they had a good breakfast included. I would come back and stay again!

The AC didn't work that well and the toilet kept running.

Location was 4 minute walk to the station, the town of Piano is very cute and away from the hordes of tourists that stay in Sorrento. But only 2 train stops away from Sorrento for easy access to boats and train lines.Our room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel is on the 2nd floor, if you don’t like stairs, perhaps choose somewhere else. Our host, Gennaro, cooked us a perfect breakfast each morning on the picturesque terrace, and also made excellent coffee. He even offered to book us on boat to Capri , taking no extra booking fee! If you want a quiet, cute hotel with delicious breakfast, highly recommend.

Walls a little thin, can hear neighbours kids chatting loudly in Italian at night, but not a deal breaker!

Breakfast served on the terrace.We did feel safe in room but road to the Secret Garden very dark, wouldn't want to walk there alone.

Not exactly free toiletries, we had 2 tiny and I mean tiny bottles of shampoo and 2 tiny bars of soap, that's it! Toilet flush kept failing, roosters woke us each night/morning, hot water ran out, shower very slow and wouldn't stay on wall. Deluxe quadruple room, not sure how they could call it deluxe!

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in… esquisite garden, Nice comfortable rooms, and most of all, we were fantastically welcomed …

First of all the staff, this is family owned hotel and it felt like been in a Italian family. The rooms are big and clean. Breakfast personalised and good.

The entrance to the building needs a clean and “makeup”. It fells that has been left over. Also the lack of elevators is minus. Noise from other rooms.

Gorgeous old building turned into a a bed & breakfast on the second floor. The owners were so kind and the breakfast was wonderful!

This place felt like a secret little house and I love it! The breakfast was amazing, the views from our room was great, the staffs were very friendly.

There is no lift to access the building, so have to carry luggage up and down the stairs. The door of the house is a little bit fiddly and took sometime to work out how to use it properly to open the door.

The staff was amazing. So friendly, always smiling and extremely helpful. English was excellent!

Beds were fairly uncomfortable and the pillows very flat.The toilet would run and would have to be fixed by pulling the knob out behind the push button.

Beautiful property, loved the gardens and the private terrace. The homemade breakfast every morning was great, especially their own homemade jam!

Pretty gardens, chill place, really nice staff, everything clean, nice views, interesting rooms and furniture

Only the door of the room was a bit too thin and you could hear outside, but not a big deal
