About
Tucked among olive groves in the Sorrento hills, Antico Casale offers sweeping views over the Gulf of Naples. The hotel combines refined elegance with the welcoming atmosphere provided by its owners. Antico Casale Russo was once a traditional farmhouse. Free parking spaces are available on site. Marbles and woods are the main features of the guest rooms. They all feature free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, air conditioning and tea/coffee makers. A generous breakfast is served daily and, weather permitting, can be enjoyed outside on the patio, overlooking the Mediterranean gardens. Located 1.2 mi from Piano di Sorrento's center, the property is about 10 minutes' drive from both Positano and Sorrento. A shuttle is available from/to Naples International Airport, a 50-minute drive away.

Pros +
- Beautiful, elegant hotel, well taken care of, spotlessly clean. Very large bedroom. Even has an elevator. Secure on site parking. Welcome beverage provided. Staff recommended an excellent restaurant right up the street. Very nice breakfast.
Cons -
- Difficult to find but it may have been more of a problem being misdirected by my GPS. Leaving the hotel and getting back to the main road was simple.
