Nido, Mar-Bella Collection, an SLH Hotel - adults only, 16 years

This was one of the nicest stays I have had. The food was amazing. The manager helped us find a perfect night time beach for stargazing. The view was fantastic

The location and the hotel itself are amazing. Special thanks to Amaryllis for the hospitality and warm welcome. We dream of returning. The birthday cake was beyond praise.

We checked in with receptionist Mina. She performed her duties with indifference and without a smile.An unpleasant surprise was that there was no indication anywhere that the minibar was a paid service. We were only billed upon checkout, and we think that's incorrect.

Amazing views and modern/clean facilities. Room was beautiful and breakfast buffet was high quality.

Fitness classes weren’t offered during our stay.

*The breakfast buffet was excellent.* The room was well maintained and serviced*The staff was well trained and were very helpful* The beach across was pebbly but the water was impossibly calm and clear.*There are a couple of restaurants nearby to walk to that are very good, or you can drive to the other towns nearby that have a lot more choices of restaurants

*The ala carte restaurant for dinner only had a few choices and was quite expensive. *The walk up and down to the rooms can be tiring in the summer heat, but taking the buggies is the best choice.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the food on all restaurants, the beach near the hotel, the club car taking us to the room, the welcome drink

Everything was perfect! ?

Absolute quiet, the view of the sea and the mountains on the Greek mainland from almost every little spot on the hotel grounds, the rooms included, flowers and bushes in blossom even at the end of the season, delicious breakfasts in a lovely airy restaurant accompanied by pleasant unobtrusive music… withvery nice, helpful and always smiling staff. Golf cars with drivers at your didposal to take you to your room “in the skies” and back down to the reception are an excellent BONUS! Thank you once again.

The rooms are nice (we were staying in junior suites with sea view), but not very nice, which I expected - from the photos on booking.com. And the mattrasses gave us a little backache. But these were just minor issues. And the beach looks different and larger on the booking.com photographs. :-(

Amazing sea view, comfortable bed, staffs were very fast in responding and helpful. Fitness classes and boat trips offered without extra costs. Decent size pool and the beach area is clean.

Some staffs were more friendly than others, could possibly because it was almost the end of the season and they were tired. The vanity/small mirror in the bathroom seems to have never been cleaned, had greased marks and very dusty.

Very classy hotel. Service was top notch, they think on every little detail. We felt welcome and appreciated. One of the most clean and elegant hotels we stayed in.

The location is not so great, kind of far from the “beautiful” side of the island. But I would recommend just booking another hotel for the west side.

WowWe loved the heartful, welcoming, friendly and willing to help attitude of all the staff - reception, restaurant, pool, cleaning, room service, rides etc.We loved the little things making such a huge impact (small drinks, water, little gifts) which were so spot in place, so lovely and sweet. We loved the views from everywhere to everywhere - the sea and montains, the hotel architecture, the cobble stones and gardening, the pool area, the reception hall. The suite, kindly upgraded, was so inviting and comfortable.We have had such a great time at Nido. Our hearts, our eyes, our souls got a boost of relaxation and good energies.

That lovely view of the hotel from the plane... it said that it's over. Until the next time.

The place is very beautiful, the stuff is amazing, the food is soo good !!! We loved it it was a rainy day but we took the room with hut tub and loved it

The location.. as nothing is this area.. one shop .. we walked around and there was nothing to do. And the beach is very plain. Wa came from other side of the island with beautiful water..

it was a wonderful experience! Highest recommendations! Ideal place for those who appreciate high service, beauty, delicious food, hospitality, comfort and silence. The hotel is surrounded by greenery, many plants that create an incredible aroma on the territory of the hotel, especially lavender. Relaxing in the jacuzzi and looking at the starry sky was magical.

Everything was just amazing!! We stayed at the junior suite with private pool and the view was stunning! lovely crew, everyone wants to help and smiling I can say - this is the best hotel experience I had !!

Top class hotel from start to finish; Amaryllis and her team offer a masterclass in hotel management and customer experience! Delicious food, very comfortable beds and stylish rooms, great beach and pool area and most of all, each and every member of staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. On top of all that, there are lots of thoughtful touches that combine to make this a top class hotel. Could not recommend more highly. Best hotel I have stayed in for a long time - thank you from all our family.
