Very clean, nice and comfortbale large resort. Good food, free snacks and ice-cream at the lunch time even for half-board customers. Kids appreciated a lot. Very welcoming staff. A lot of activities during the day and in the evening for all ages. I appreciated and used a small church in the middle of the resort for morning and evening prayer. Great help to stay mindful about your life.

In the end of the season the water in the swimming pools was a little cold. Not heated. Location was quite hard to reach without a car since we arrived at night. Public transportation options are limited.

One thing just to notice - we were in mid October and neither of the pools was heated therefore water was not such comfortable for a little child especially. But I understand that it was rather off season and we did not expected heated pool.

two rooms. We really appreciated that the rooms were located right next to each other, with easy access to the pool — this made things much more convenient when traveling with kids. The rooms themselves were fine, and there was already a baby crib provided, which was helpful. However, the rooms felt a bit outdated and could use some renovation.

We were a family with four children and booked two rooms. On the positive side, the location of the rooms was very convenient — right next to each other and with easy access to the pool, which made traveling with kids much easier. The rooms were decent, and a baby crib was already provided, which was helpful.However, on the first day, a very serious incident happened: my 7-year-old son went to take a shower, and the entire glass door of the shower cabin shattered as he simply turned on the water. He was terrified, with broken glass all around him. When we called reception, they only told us, “Yes, we’ll come to clean,” and arrived about half an hour later. During that time, no one helped us out of the room despite the danger, and no one really took responsibility.When I asked to change rooms — especially since we also had a baby and I was afraid he could step on leftover glass — they only offered us a room on the third floor, without pool access. So it wasn’t worth changing. Unfortunately, our friends’ child actually stepped on a piece of glass later on, since the cleaning wasn’t done properly. Some pieces even ended up in the hallway. We received no compensation, no apology — it was simply accepted as if nothing happened. My son was so shaken that he refused to shower there for the rest of the day.Our friends who stayed with us also didn’t enjoy the food. Personally, I thought the food was varied, and in the evenings there were slushies and unlimited cocktails, which was nice. Apart from this serious incident, overall the stay was pleasant, but the lack of proper handling and care after such a dangerous situation left us very disappointed.

We really enjoyed the hotel! Everything is of a very high standard, the staff is super friendly, there are 3 pools at the hotel, really nice water slides, and games for the kids. Breakfast and dinner were perfect. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away. In the evenings there’s live music. Overall, I highly recommend!

I absolutely loved that the resort feels like a village rather than a single hotel building. It’s set on a vast property full of trees, flowers, and beautifully landscaped gardens — truly stunning. The resort has around four to five kid-friendly pools, including water slides that children adore. There’s also a kids’ club with activities for ages 4+, which can be booked at no extra cost with the all-inclusive package.The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the restaurant serves delicious food — even a picky toddler will find something to enjoy. The weather was mild and perfect during our stay. The beach is within walking distance and has convenient access to the sea, with sailboats and cruises available. There are also a separate adults-only areas for those looking for a child-free experience, which is a nice touch.

We missed a room cleaning services due to day-nap time, and I had to ask a cleaning personnel for a favor to clean or room a few times.

The pools and the slides are great for kids, in the restaurants there is always food also for kids. The family room was comfortable with separate room for the kids

There was no pressure in the shower, and the hot waters were not consistent

Sentido Apollo Palace is a fully equipped resort that is very child friendly. The beach is about a 3-minute walk from the hotel so you can enjoy the sea as well. We were on half board and the variety of food was fantastic. It's very convenient that the Green Bus that takes you to Corfu Town stops in front of the hotel.

Although the pool rules clearly say that you shouldn't book sun beds before the opening hour of the pools, a lot of people left their stuff on the beds for booking way before the opening. By 10 am basically almost all the beds were booked and if you don't do the same or you arrive to the pools later, you might end up with no bed.

The hotel is excellent and especially suitable for families. The pool areas are beautiful, and there are enough chairs and places in the shade. We took a family room, the room is spacious and well air-conditioned. The service at the hotel is fantastic.

The only drawback is that there is no door to the bathroom, and it is problematic when you come with teenagers.

Our stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The facilities were excellent — from the spacious swimming pool and beautiful greenery to the wide variety of food offered at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We stayed in a room with direct pool access, which was very convenient for the family and added to the overall comfort.A special thank you to Konstantina, who was always helpful and supportive whenever we needed her. She was there to resolve any situation with great care. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Philip, the General Manager, who is a very knowledgeable and professional person. Their attention and dedication truly enhanced our experience.Overall, everything from the room to the service made our stay memorable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

We had a lovely time at the resort with our family.The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay.Even though it was a busy season, they were always friendly and ready to help.Our kids loved the water slides and pools. It was perfect for them.We especially enjoyed dinner at Coryfo restaurant, where the local dishes and service were excellent.The beach is close by, with lots of nice restaurants and cafés around.Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Please work on cleanliness, lots of dirty tableware and we unfortunately got food poisoning from the buffet. Understaffed bars with heavy lines to get a drink.

Staff was very helpful, especially the manager Mr.Philippos. We had a problem with the bed, and they managed to solve it in one hour. The Coryfo restaurant was really good, we went there twice.

The resort also features a well-equipped kids’ zone and a lovely park adjacent to it, perfect for family strolls and playtime. One of the favorite activities for our eldest child was mini golf, which was both fun and accessible.The beach is conveniently located less than five minutes away, and the resort provides chairs and umbrellas, making it easy to enjoy the seaside without hassle. Overall, Sentido Apollo Palace exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setting for a family getaway.

Very nice, spacious room with beautiful patio, nice gardens, pools, excellent family hotel with the adults only area, so it covers it all. Nespresso in room, pet friendly, nice staff. Some minor faults like broken fan or remote controler for the tv were resolved the same day. But above all is food...all the glory to the kitchen staff of Sentido Apollo Palace. Whoever has complaints about the food in this hotel should wonder about its own sanity...

Basically, hotel has only one real flaw in my opinion. Ok, maybe two. First is the beach. Some people say its ok but its not. From all the places we've visited in Greece, probably the worst beach we have ever seen. Like swimming in the harbour. Went once and never again.Second is the sewerage that can smell very strong in some parts of the hotel. Our bathroom somethimes was unbearable. We left ventilation always on so it became bearable but still...Besides that, I was personally a bit disapointed in hotels management although there was no fault of the hotel. Namely, we paid for two weeks but wanted to go after one week due to a bad weather on Corfu. We asked if we can have any money back, but the response was negative. I admit I would expect that kind of rigidity from a smaller object, not from a five star hotel, but anyway, as I have said, it was apsolutely not hotels fault, just for me personally felt not really great. At the end we've left few days earlier, weather was almost all the time bad, so the complete impression of Corfu island was the same, bad.Still, it is a very good hotel with very bad beach.

The only thing I would probably improve is to introduce a decent spa area with sauna, cold plunge pool and ice fountain.
