Lido Corfu Sun Hotel 4 Stars All-inclusive

Excellent service. All the staff are nice and smilling and welcomming all the time. DORA at reception is awsome, she is super nice and has special customer service skills,thanks to her. I also thank the bar tender Tuodor he is very nice and thanks to Abdul in breakfast kitchen,he is very nice. And i wanna thank all the restaurant staff,they were happy and welcomming all the time. I also wanna thank the cleaning ladies for doing great job.and thanks to all other staff.everyone in that hotel is special, thank you all.

The friendly and accommodating staff and the pool and entry area.

The noise from the roadway and the confusing directions and access to the beach.

The hotel was lovely with old world charm, we had a gorgeous balcony with views over the Ionian sea to watch the sunrise. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Maria who looked after the rooms, made special folded towel artworks every day and was so kind and friendly, sunny Spiros who made so many delicious cocktails, Artan for the lifts, and Calli & co. at reception for making us feel so welcome and being helpful with every question we had.

The staff were exceptionally nice Dora and Kelly at reception were so helpful and kind just a pleasure to deal with.

There was a very limited supply of the types of alcohol only few options.

It is really clean and the view from the rooms is amazing.

The service we received from arrival to departure was exceptional. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The private beach is beautiful only 10 minutes away. The food was very nice, and a free daily shuttle to Benitses

Comfy beds, lovely view! Nice pool with comfy chairs (always room!) Staff were so friendly. The food was really good especially for the price & a few veggie options which was great. The little private beach was a bonus. Some reviews have talked about walking along the road which is busy but it’s a very short walk and even though there’s no footpath there is a part of the road that’s wider so cars can get past! We don’t normally book all inclusive but I’m so glad we did as it was great value & since it’s a short bus ride into Benitses town it was nice to have the option of eating at the hotel! Also bus is right outside for Corfu old town so super easy to get around!

The shower did seem to spray water outside of the shower cubicle so it could be done with a refresh!

- WiFi - very poor reception, I didn't have internet half of the time- Drinks - tried wine and beer. Beer is fine, but wine is like 50% wine and 50% water. It's a little better in the beach bar, but absolutely horrible in the restaurant.- Tiny bathroom- You have to pay for water. Daily you get a 0.5l bottle to your room, but given that it's a 4-star all-in, free water should definitely be included (if not in the room, then in the restaurant/beach bar. There was only sparkling water there)

The rooms were clean and well kept. The food was tasty and there was a good variety of it. Value for money 10/10! The staff was attentive and helpful. Always smiling and ready to help.

- Staff was super friendly- Hotel's pool was nice, comfy and clean, had always at least a few empty beds and was never really full - the same for the private beach. - The rooms were kept clean with 2 free water bottles every day in the fridge- The ocean view from the room was amazing <3 !!! - Generally there were no wild kids/teenagers running around so we could really chill out and enjoy the stay.- The food was great with an average variety to choose from (including unlimited bear and white/red wine)- Hotel provides car/bike/scooter rental (via external company) with really low prices! (3x cheaper than what you find online)

- The bathroom had a few dirty spots - including a spider web on the shower head. Moreover there was no ventilation, other than opening the door to the room of course...- The location of the hotel is quite unfortunate, it is located on a hill with a main road with 24/7 traffic right outside the entrace/room balconies, so there was always noise from cars revving their engines, honking at each other etc... Not possible to sleep with opened balcony whatsoever.- The private beach was around 200m from the hotel which isn't terrible, but since you have to walk on the side of the main road with absolutely no sidewalk (this is quite common in Corfu) it was quite a challenge to get there, maybe that's the reason it was usually empty :) Plus the beach is extremely small with no bar/restaurant/anything and you have to wear swimming shoes because of the sharp rocks at the bottom (as in most beaches in Corfu). But you have free beds with umbrellas.- It is really not a family-friendly hotel, since there are no activities for kids and the roads outside of the hotel are extremely busy with no sidewalks- There is not much to do in the hotel. There is no large bar, no non-stop opened food service, basically no entertainment other than the pool. I do not recommend it for younger people that want to have fun and join group activities.- There is no larger city nearby and you have to use the buses to get anywhere, so there is not much to do in the evening, plus if you want to visit the northern part of Corfu you have no other option than to rent a car.

This does not feel like a 4-star hotel but rather a 3 star one. Hot and rather ugly restaurant during the day. Poor lunch with mediocre quality for a 4-star. Has not really spaces to hang out or walk as it is compressed above the road with a small pool area always busy..

The food was not of a good standard. It was very basic, and I would not contemplate eating it at home. The drinks were of a very poor quality. We ate little and did not enjoy it. The food, even if we arrived at the start, was not hot. All meals were cold to slightly warm instead of hot. I have been on many school trips on a budget and the desserts at this hotel were of a similar quality to those on school trips. I'm not a fussy eater but like to eat food of quality. I don't know where to begin with the drinks! Coffee and tea was of inferior quality as was the cold (on tap) drinks. If you wanted a quality drink you had to pay extra (expensive) for it. Coffee (cheap quality) at the bar was free and you had to make it yourself. You had to pay extra for a decent coffee such as a latte, cappuccino etc. We ate and drank little at this place. We also had to pay for bottled water when the restaurant was closed. All inclusive???

We did not like any of the food or the drinks. I did not like the unhelpful response by staff when I asked advice on getting to the airport. She tried to persuade me to book their transfer bus at 65 euros and kept emphasising we had luggage if we got the public bus. We did take 2 public buses which was very easy travel and cost 4 euros instead of 65! On arrival at 2.30pm we were told we couldn't have any lunch as it closed at 2 pm and check in was 3pm. However, we paid for 3 days which should have meant 3 lunches. We should be reimbursed for this.

Absolutely superb hotel! Friendly staff, cleanliness everywhere, varied and delicious food, daily cleaning of the room, comfortable beds, stunning view from the window, equipped beach near the hotel, 3 minutes walk. True, not sandy, but rocky. But there are beaches that can be reached by bus or free shuttle from the hotel. I would like to say a special thank you to the manager of the hotel Makis Triatafillas for their sensitive attitude, customer care and support in emergency situations and simply for their human attitude. It was a great vacation!!!

All 5 of us loved all about our stay - we were hanging out most of the time at the pool with our new friend and barkeeper ,Crazydriver’ ! He made us exceptional drinks. He is the reason we fell in love with the hotel and his favorite drink Vitamina-Beer! The receptionist also helped us with all our needs, bookings quads, tours, etc. rooms were big, bathroom was nice and clean. The hotel afterwll is not that big, more like a small family hotel. Which made it even faster from room-> bar . Haha

We visited the beach once, did not like it. But thats just our opinion.

Fantastic location, great food and great staff, we had a wonderful time!The hotel private beach is beautiful and close by, rooms were comfortable and clean, and with a nice sea view!

All was good, maybe the drinks included in the all inclusive could be a bit better (amount and quality)

The staff were very welcoming and cheerful.The hotel was , clean, there was a great selection of food for everyone and it was very peaceful .

I can’t complain about anything, it was just what we needed .

AC into my face, included beer and wine tasted like water, so it is fanny to call it AI. WC and shower is not for persons 80+ kg

All the compliments go to the staff: Dora, Ephtyfia and Vasili, Aristotelis, and all others. They were nice, kind and polite, ready to help in every moment and fulfilled every request. We had a pleasant and quiet stay!

It is a intimate hotel, not so big. Friendly atmosphere. No problem finding a sunbed ( beach or pool). The provide bwach towels at check in. There is a free shuttle provided by the hotel to go to Benitses. Last stop of bus 6 is just outside the hotel so it is very suitable to taki it and go to Corfu town for 2,5 euro (at the driver).The 24 h reception with very nice people, they gave us a superbe room with sea view. Internet working ok.We loved the beach, even if is quite far (7-10 min walk) is is a superbe private beach area eith refreshment available at the beach bar.

The quality of the drinks at the restaurant, it is not that i am picky, but they were strongly diluted.Frame if the beds, if you are not carefull you hit your legs in the wooden frame as i did many times and legt with bruises?
