Ac is not cold at all and just blows air with the same temp of the outside.Pillows were uncomfortable.

Lovely hotel, excellent location, very clean, welcoming atmosphere design, hotel staff are very professional and helpful. Special thanks to Simon who helped with everything and served coffee and sandwiches late at night. On departure he explained to us how to get to the lakes. Thank you very much Simon ??

Unfortunately we were robbed €400 cash from our purse in the morning from our room while we were having breakfast. We reported this to the Hotel Manager, no answer. We will be filing a police report. My advice, be carful with your belongings during your stay

Lovely hotel. Great food. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Not too many parking places directly in front of the hotel but there is also a public parking close by.

I would suggest to improve the breakfast, even if you might have to increase the price:- when asked for scrambled eggs the waitress, already not very welcoming, said that she would have to check whether someone had arrived in the kitchen, finally we could have them- fruit salad: fresh fruits but floating in an industrial orange juice- croissants that i suspect to be pre-coocked - for a restaurant of that level i would have expected a more qualitative breakfast

The winery the bar and and the overall calmness.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff (every single person - manager, receptionist, restaurant-bar staff, room staff). Excellent restaurant, comfortable bed, luminous room, clean, great ambiance where locals stop by for a coffee on the bar terrasse.

No private parking (though public parking is very near), soundproofing between adjacent rooms could be better.

Hotel in a great location, very picturesque opposite converted church tower. All staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel had a bar and restaurant, which was really helpful after travelling all day.

Parking wasn’t great but staff were really helpful in accommodating.

Spacious rooms, very good breakfast and very resourceful staff.Alexandra, the owner, is very nice and has lots of information when you need something.

The staff were excellent and helpful at all times. Room was a nice size. Restaurant and bar terrace very pleasant. Great wine list.

Poor internet/wifi. Kept dropping out and required full log in every time. Log in page was white writing on light grey background and was unreadable. ZERO English TV channels. Air conditioning failed to keep room cool in 30C temps even though it was on 24 hours. Food was not great but was interesting - magret de canard tough.

Clean bedrooms, close location to lake como. Nice balcony.

No parking, unhelpful staff, and felt and overall awkward atmosphere in every interaction with staff. Wouldn’t stay here again because of it.

We enjoyed our stay at Conca Bella. We had a very neat and clear room, decent breakfast and a very quiet place. Room was comfortable, and we have easy access to both Italy and Ticino.

Very good breakfast and all staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the woman working breakfast who is very service minded.

Would like to have had some more variety on the menu in the restaurant but food is good.

Amazing location, property is everything we expected and more in a beautiful place near Lake Como. Breakfast was great and the aperitivo was truly impressive!

Terrific hotel, restaurant is really very special as is the wine cellar / collection.

Rooms were a bit basic, but had sufficient amenities and were very clean. Parking is troublesome, you have to pay for public parking - I was 5min returning to my car and received a ticket.
