Limanaki Hotel

The hotel is just fantastic, lovely quiet location within easy reach of Argostoli and Lassi. It's immaculate and very comfortable up to date rooms. We like to go every year for a short break and it never disappoints.

I like my tea so tea or coffee facilities in the room would be nice but at breakfast you can get lovely big mugs of pg tea so that is great.

We loved everything about this property especially the wonderful staff, the rooms, the private beach and the magnificent roses. Thank you!

The hotel was much much much better than i expected. I was offered an upgraded deluxe room with a sea view even though i booked a superior room. The room was brand new and refurbished with a great taste. It felt like a 5 star hotel! Breakfast was great, tasty and had some local things like borek. Swimming pool was open 6am to 20pm which gave us extra flexibility!Overall a 3 star hotel but with a 5 star quality!

Everything was perfect ! The room is very large , the bathroom too!The stuff is so kind and friendly , and uf course the CEO of hotel - Mihaylis was sooo kind and cool boy! Thank you for this amazing vacation :)P.S. the owner of black Mercedes ;)

I stayed at the hotel for a short long weekend and liked it a lot. The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff super nice and helpful, the food (breakfast and evening specials) are tasty. A small beach behind the hotel also very nice and private. I would certainly come back.

In terms of public transportation, it is not ideal, although still manageable if needed.

Super modern room, huge bathroom, very comfy bed! We stayed in a superior room. Small beautiful beach in front - super private. Location seemed good but we had a car. Last check we had a later flight and the reception managed to sort us a free room for the day which was so lovely and appreciated to make the most of the last day - those little touches that make a difference! Ofc they had an available room so keep in mind not to bank on this btw!

On arrival we had a lovely friendly welcome. Breakfast was very good, great staff, made our stay very enjoyable.

Everything about this hotel was just fantastic. The welcoming staff, the vast balcony with its view across the water towards Lixouri, comfortable beds, great range of hot and cold fare to choose from for breakfast. Spotlessly clean throughout, and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The pool at the front of the hotel was clean and a good temperature - open from 6 AM. We booked in for a couple of nights as our hotel in Sami proved to be really uncomfortable, and we're so delighted, we didn't want to leave!

The only disappointment, and not the fault of the hotel, was the beach. It is located in a little cove a short distance from the hotel, but was covered in little pieces of black seaweed, which got everywhere! It was quite windy so this could have been the cause.It is certainly not a deal breaker, and there are showers (and toilets) by the pool to rinse off before your pool swim

Limanaki Hotel was in Argostoli which is only a 10-15 minute drive from the airport. It is in the capital of Kefalonia and only a 5 minute drive away from Argostoli Harbour and town. There are so many beautiful beaches nearby! The view was also amazing every morning. The breakfast was very delicious and there was a wide variety every morning. All of the staff at Limanaki were very accommodating and friendly. They made us feel at home the whole time and the massage was also amazing and very relaxing!

The location couldn't have been any better. (We prefer going off the beaten path a bit and find hidden, quiet coves and beaches) The staff was amazing, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was sparkling clean, the rooms are modern with (the one we had) a breathtaking view. It has a good sized pool that is long enough for a morning swim. Overall I was really happy with the hotel and I will definitely be back.

Should not advertise a beach nearby as it wasn't really a beach. Hotel ordered me airport taxi who overcharged greatly 25e for 10 mins

I loved every minute of my stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were so incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly, they helped me sort out car hire at late notice and a taxi to the airport on my departure day. The hotel is located in a very quiet rural spot, it was so peaceful and relaxing. My room had a balcony with a gorgeous view our to sea and there was a lovely short walk on the coast to a small beach perfect for sunbathing and swimming. It was around a 40 minute walk to Argostoli on the coast path and the same along a quiet road to the bars and restaurants of Lassi. My room was beautiful, I think recently refurbished with a super comfy bed and an amazing modern bathroom with such a luxurious shower. It was kept spotlessly clean by house keeping every day.Breakfast was fabulous on the terrace each morning lots of choice of hot and cold items. I had dinner one night, that too was deliciousI will definitely stay here again, I had an amazing and truly peaceful and relaxing stay

If you're looking for a hotel with restaurants and nightlife on your doorstep, don't stay here.If however like me you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place to stay with great facilities and friendly staff who treat you like one of the family, then I can't recommend this hotel enough!

- rooms are clean and renovated - great air conditioning system which could be set during the night at a very low intensity and it helped a lot (we don't usually tolerate it) - cool electronic display for "do not disturb"/"make up my room" options - great bathroom, very spacious shower - staff is super friendly and very generous, they were very kind in letting us check out later - very cute private beach - breakfast is good, fresh and varied - great sea view from our terrace - quiet location

- rooms are a bit small, but the terrace was sufficiently large - the only thing that was sometimes upsetting was the smell of cleaning products coming from the hotel lobby or the other rooms that were being cleaned

Nice and very very helpful staff. - our economy room was changed for the bigger room with beautiful terrace (because they had a those luxurious rooms free at the moment) without additional charge :) - big thanks to receptionist!!! :) Clean, modern designed big rooms with terrace and nice view to Kefalonia bay. Very good and rich breakfast. Big pool area.

Excellent small hotel in a secluded natural surrounding. The buffet breakfast was tasty, and the sellection of dishes offered for lunch/dinner (which was included in the half board) was very like homade food and more than enough for an adult person. We liked our stay specilially because of very, very friendly, polite and and helpful stuff. Excellent value for money.

I loved the whole stay. Everything was perfect. The staff, The location, room, food, beach, and pool was just fantastic! The private beach is a lovely little spot. During the day, get a tan, swim and relax. The bay has a family of seals. If you go at sunset, they will be playing in the bay. I was all alone, watching the family of seals play and watching an incredible sunset. #thisislife The rooms are refurb and fresh and fabulous. The staff are so friendly and caring. It's the little things they do that make it just a great stay. Over covid, these Businesses are the ones who had it the hardest. So, get out and support these guys. Book your stay, and it will be the best trip, in a fantastic location, with amazing people that care about your experience.
