Ionian Plaza Hotel & Spa

Friendly, helpful staff. Close to excellent food outlets.Spa was superb and real value.

Ordinary double bed instead of king bed requested. Room was like a 1950s motel room without mini bar or coffee making facilitiesBreakfast included but restricted content.

Location. Clean

Difficulty getting luggage up

Fantastic location with wonderful staff. Nice breakfast and very clean.

Excellent property in the heart of the square. Several restaurants nearby. Clean room and friendly staff.

The property has a pool, but it's part of the spa. It's a bit pricey for only one hour use.

Location, cleanliness, modern. Perfect spot a block from the water and in the middle of town next to restaurants and shops.Friendly staff with a great breakfast. AC was strong and room was spacious

Location was decent

Too much. It was old, dated and constantly noisy. Our room was tiny with no daylight coming in - felt like a prison. The housekeeping staff were extremely loud and we could hear them from 6am making noise as they woke up over guests to ask if their room wanted cleaning. Upon leaving we went to explore the spa - which was closed for our whole stay - and found ourselves in another and much nicer part of the hotel. Not sure why we were staying in the equivalent of a 1* hotel if there were better facilities on offer. Not a relaxing break at all

Perfectly good but a pity that the coffee was from a jug of filter coffee. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The pool etc facilities were an extra cost. I don't think this was mentioned in their webpage.

Excellent location. Clean. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend. Near everything, walking distance

Nothing at all

The staff were extremely helpful and breakfast was good. Location was great and considering it was a busy square there was hardly any noise.

The bathroom plug and toilet seat were broken suggest a visit to check out little discrepancies like the bathroom after guests leave and ensure it is perfect.

Location is great.Coffee is amazing

Breakfast is very basic needs improvement

Location on the square and close to taxis and shopping was great Good breakfast, nice people. Reception desk folks helpful. Cute pool and hot tub/ spa area.Good value.

Laundry sent out missed socks. Cost for that was high.

The location was great , close to everything.Sergi at the bar offered the best service.Very clean room and service offered.Parking behind hotel was nice to have.

The breakfast quaility was below average for the type of hotel and room price paid. Unfortunately our family balcony was out of view. The ladies at the reception on the night shift should retire , too old for service. They never say hi upon arrival or when we were going out from the hotel

location is great ,bear in mind its almost impossible to find parking ,after 5 pm

we got an unfinished room ,and they knew that so the second day they moved us to a fully furnished room

Seems newly renovated in the bedroom is really nice experience. Great location next to the square and very close to the sea to walk along boulevard with shops restaurants etc

Fsirly basic breakfast but not a problem

Location

Washroom was inadequate. Rooms 306 and 206 which we occupied. Showers were absolutely tiny only a child could use them. Pullout couch bed was terrible, later replaced with a single cot which was much better.

Location excellent

Breakfast was poor, rooms tired

Very well located for all the restaurants and shops in central Argostoli. Modern and spacious rooms and nice balcony. Staff friendly and helpful

Shame there’s no coffee machine in the room to enjoy and early morning coffee on the balcony. The communal social areas were a bit limited/lacking. Breakfast was ok, but not exceptional. I managed to flood the entire room and corridor due to a block shower drain, which wasn’t ideal! The desk staff were very relaxed and did clean it out so it didn’t happen again.

Location, balcony, wonderful breakfast

nice place in great spot

it's a nice hotel, newer tv and a fix on the electric board as the safety switches creates a buzzing sound on night would be nice additions

Immaculately clean rooms and comfortable beds. Nice view of the square and an amazingly tasty and varied breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised to find a bath in the bathroom too. Staff were very professional and friendly and were immaculately presented in their uniforms.
