The bed and shower were good

The ac we had no control of..they kept shutting it off at night.. no pool was bad as well

We had a standard room and it was very clean (got cleaned daily)and spacious. The breakfast options were plenty to choose from sweet to salty and the location was in the center near main streets making it perfect to go out in the evenings with no car. Staff was very friendly, everyone spoke english quite well and ready to help at any time.

Everything was extremely nice. For breakfast, if you did not see it you could sak for it and they would make it for you.

The bed could have been a bit softer. Other than that we had not issues.

Our whole stay from beginning to end. The staff is super welcoming, kind and helpful. The rooms are clean with everything you need and the breakfast is fantastic. The location is very central to everything.

Outstanding location, extremely nice staff, adorable room with nice balcony, extremely clean and modern.

Issue with closing the door room that was loose but the rest more than made up for it as the hotel was adorable

Location was fantastic! Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was expansive and the staff was amazing especially Dimitra at the front.

No channels with English, no streaming tv in our suite

There is nothing not to like. Nikolas and staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate. The location in Argostoli was right on the main square, a minute walk to the harbour. 5minute walk to see the sea turtles (best time between 9-11am). Restaurants were really close - in the main square and in streets off the square. Great range of choice. Main shopping street is within a few minutes walk. This hotel was perfect. We will definitely stay there again when next in Kefalonia.

The staf is very rude...You should not enter the room when the guests are there without knocking ...something like this has never happened in any hotel where I have stayed

The air conditioning didn’t work in our room. We were told that it was a regular problem in our room and it had to keep being reset. After several visits to reception we eventually were allowed to change rooms. There are no mirrors in the bedroom so hair drying and makeup is a problem (my partner ended up using her iPad camera as a mirror instead). No tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms either. The breakfast is average and the bar is rarely open. Expected better from a 4 star hotel to be honest.

This hotel is in the heart of Argostoli square, surrounded by many restaurants and bars. Shopping centre very close by also.

Personally the breakfast itself was very poor. Not for my liking.

Not as amazing as other reviews had suggested - indicating various levels of rooms available .

Booking suggested room to be superior rating with acces to private spa and balcony , however Room / hotel was standard size, average decor. Excellent breakfast and central location , clean. Would only recommend if this was was cheaper. Disadvantage - extremely hard to find parking nearby in high seasons

Staff were so friendly. They could not do enough for me. Housekeeping were fantastic. Rooms immaculate, modern, very quiet and excellent location to lots of bars and restaurants and gym!
