Rosa Hotel & Apartments

The setting for this hotel is amazing, it is right below the main tower in San Marino, and was only a short 5-10 minute walk.

Location inside the city.

Bed with a very old and soft mattress, extremely uncomfortable. It is impossible to sleep after 7 a.m. because the rooms are very close together with thin walls, and all noises can be heard, including cleaning and vacuuming. Breakfast is really basic.

Excellent value - this hotel is located in such a good location: close to all the tourist sites. The staff are also extremely friendly and communicative.

The sound proofing in the rooms is not the best so if your neighbors are being loud, you can hear

It’s. Great location. My eSIM stopped working as I was coming here so I got hopelessly lost. The hotel sent a car down to the bottom of San Marino to guide me to the hotel.

The hotel located in the old town and only few steps to the city wall which is very convenient. Hotel has parking. Breakfast was good. Staffs are very attentive. Glad that I picked this location.

Near the peak of San Marino with relatively short walk to one of the 3 towers. Hotel was very nice anf staff very friendly. Room very nice. Private parking at hotel.

Wish we had asked to get one of the rooms facing the surrounding valleys, not sure how much more it would cost.

Property had a great location close to public paid parking. Truly right in the center of everything. There were two spots with great views overlooking the countryside below San Marino. The 10 euro breakfast was yummy and had lots of options. The beds were comfortable.

The staff were mostly kind but a few didn’t speak great English which caused some miscommunications

We stayed here for 1 night on our way to Puglia in August. The staff were very kind and easy, our room was comfortable and had a nice view (albeit from a small window, but not the hotel's fault). Overall we genuinely liked the place. The parking was a huge benefit to us and the location is excellent. You are basically in the area you want to be.

Nothing really. I always wish there were more fruit / vegetable options at breakfast, but it was still good.

Excellent location in the pedestrian area of Old Town, with private parking (or public parking P6 100 meters away), at the foot of one of the towers. Beautiful view from the window and the terrace.

A lovely charming, very clean hotel in an excellent location. The views are sensational! It is close to the towers above & close to great restaurants just a street below. The breakfast was excellent with great coffee.

The location near the top of the mountain and just under a tower, made it extremely accessible for the hiking trail and for amazing views! Our room was #207 and it was spacious! It had two rooms, and had two balconies, one with a couple chairs and a table where we enjoyed morning coffee, and another one where you could just stand and enjoy the view. The breakfast was quite substantial and set us up for the day. They were able to put our car in their covered lot, which was convenient, but driving through the centro storico and the skinny streets that are typically off-limits to cars was a little bit stressful.

The location is beyond stunning with a veranda overlooking the valley. The staff was incredible and had the pick-up waiting for me as arranged. The restaurants, shops and museums are steps away. Highly recomend.

The location is excellent in the old town near the castles and other sites. The staff was helpful with good restaurant recommendations.

The view from outside was fabulous. Staff very accommodating. Breakfast was good. Parking worked out well. Air conditioning worked well...it was very hot in June.

We had a comfort room and was very small. However it was functional. The bathroom was tiny but was remodeled with a nice shower.
