    Cons -

    • They don't turn on the heating unit until later in the year, and it was freezing at night. I bought a space heater.
    • swimming pool not available at the time i stay
    • The plex we stayed in was cute but very small shower and bed was uncomfortable… two beds pushed together to make a queen bed, mattresses split down the middle.

Restaurant was very good. Picked the property for the pool but it was closed for the season.

Reception very friendly; reserved parking lot close to the apartment. Very clean room and bathroom. Good lighting concept. Nice layout of the entire property with footpaths and a lot of green.

WIFI was very poor; pool still closed. No exterior restaurant to reach by foot. No breakfast available.

    The rooms were decent size.

When I emailed the hotel to get more information on how to arrive there by public transportation, I never got a reply and instead had to pay a tax a hefty price to get there. Eventually, I figured out how to take the bus system there, San Marino is not a place you can casually walk due to the many hills so knowing how to use public transportation is important. Overall, stay was decent.

Very friendly staff. Cosy (little) bungalow; very clean. Plenty of amenities for kids. Great restaurant next door serving classics

Slightly longer check-out would be nice so we could use the pool properly before leaving (check-out times were properly indicated, so we were not surprised)

    Playground The green all around.

Lack of electric kettle in the room.Overcrowded pool.Lifeguard letting people playing with balls in the pool, jumping into the water, but strict on opening and closing hours. Pickiness of the staff. After three days of stay, we asked for half day in the pool but the receptionist told us we should pay full day rate. I would have appreciated a more elastic approach. Permission to smoke in the sunbeds area. Rooms cleaned without attention.

    Superb

Quiet hours, when was not allowed to enter/exit with a vehicle and it had to stay outside the complex.Expected evening animation for teenagers, but it was not present due to low number of visitors at this age.

Next door parking Stylish room10 mins drive from the historic center of San Marino Air conditioners work well to moderate the cold weather Nice facilities and outdoor area

It’s a camping site so the room was quite small. We visited in Spring and it was cold and raining so we didn’t enjoy the outdoor facilities, perhaps it’s much more enjoyable in the summer for a family with kids

Great facilities and the bus stops right outside the campsite. Cabins were good.

Wifi was so slow it wasn’t actually worth using, although we were busy enough that we didn’t really need it anyway so not a big problem.

Pool area comfy beds and good restaurant ,bus outside hotel for san marino centre

Pleasant small resort of little chalets in an attractive setting with a pool and on-site restaurant. You have to wear a swim cap in the pool, but you can buy these for 2 euros at the pool reception. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Seemed very family friendly.

The towels provided were thin cloth, more like tea towels than bath towels. We were surprised that in this sort of chalet accommodation there were no self catering facilities at all - not even a kettle or fridge. We had a bad experience with our evening meal at the restaurant, although to be fair the staff apologised profusely for this and did their best to make things up to us.

Located near to San Marino attractions.

Terrible Wifi. No tea or coffee amenties in room and no fridge.

    Basic but adequate

Bunk beds squeaked every time our son moved

    7AušraPosted on: 6-5-2023

The bus stop for going to the historic center of San Marino is right next to the camp, tickets can be bought at the reception

The pool was full but no tourists allowed, only open from June 1st although booking.com didn't mention it

    3StacyPosted on: 5-25-2023

    Poor

Wifi dropped out or couldn’t connect all the time. And the pool was closed on a 27° day

    7MariaPosted on: 5-10-2023

Location was good for visiting San Marino and neighbouring villages. The restaurant next door was excellent. Short drive to supermercato. Having parking on site was great.

Very poor wifi. Walls so thin you can hear everything in the rooms next to you, morning and night. Could do with refurbishment.

Floor is dirty, sheets doesn’t smell clean

Great place for a holiday with kids.

Were there for the Motogp. Too far from Misano.
