    • I have been a guest at this hotel five times, and each time, I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of service and the quality of the accommodations. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
    • Excellent location - almost at the beach. There's effort put to make the outside of the hotel attractive - pool, palms, etc. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. The included breakfast is good.
    • Nice pool and very helpful staff. Good Central location.

    Cons -

    • We got a room with 1 king-size and 1 twin beds instead of the booked 3 twin beds. The room quality is not the same as the outside of the hotel, but it's good enough. The room equipment is covers the basics. The included breakfast coffee is disgusting - mainly water.
    • Shower had no curtain so would flood bathroom.
    • It's hard to find a parking spot, I have booked a two bed room but it was one double bed.

Excellent location, pool is big enough

The shower is not the best i seen ?

The hotel's location, close to the beach and city center, as well as its pool, are its main advantages.

There was a problem with the shower, leading to water flooding the bathroom floor.

    Very bad Wifi

    Location close to the beach.

Very very poor signal for wifi internet in the room, no signal to the phone in the room to speak or to send messages or use internet from personal network - we needed to go out of hotel to talk (even in rain). The door of the room was broken over night and we couldn’t opened the door from outside. Was nobody in the morning at reception for hours. After talking with the lady from reception and asked her not to enter in our room without our presence, she had lack of respect and opened the door without our presence and let the door opened with all our thinngs inside and then announced us about this. We changed the room, but it took hours to be prepared… again lack of respect of our time. We didn’t felt safe and secured.Only her colleague was nice and last day appologies for the incidents.

Excellent location! Comfy suite! Nice pool! Very near to the beach and taverns though quiet!!

    3IvanPosted on: 8-28-2023

I cannot say it's a bad breakfast but it is far from good too. There is the same variety every morning (continental part, one cheese, one ham, two types of eggs, 2 types of sausages, some salads and some bakery and that's it). It was fresh and regularly filled up.It has a nice pool and a children's pool as well. The advantage of the room we had ("Junior Suite" - nowhere near real junior suite but they named that kind of room junior suite because why not) was that it is right next to the pool and you can leave the kids sleeping in the room while you take a bath. We didn't do that since we went to the beach each day but we could.

WiFi! When you write you have wifi it is supposed to work and not to pray you'll connect on one of 5 networks available. It takes ages to connect to one that actually has internet access and when you do the connection gets interrupted over and over again, has poor speed that it even takes ages to download your emails.Next, poor maintenance. I know it is not a 5* luxury resort, and I don't expect everything to be high quality but at least it can be maintained properly. The toilet seat got almost yellow and all wobbly, the cover of the floor drain moves as you step on it, the faucet leaks water all over the bathroom counter. The shower wasn't descaled like ever, it got all black from water that didn't drain out.We paid almost €200 per night for something called Junior Suite but actually that is a 25m2 room with 3 beds and one single sofa bed, all in one room, nothing more except above mentioned bathroom.Housekeeping cleans your room daily but tops up amenities and towels only when asked for at the reception once you realize you have 2 sets of towels for a family of four occupying the room. When we complained at the reception they gave us new amenities and additional sets of towels. The next day everything was fully changed again. We didn't have anywhere to place our wet towels and swimming suits after a day at the beach so we put it on the terrace chairs. Other rooms did have tho.The room we had, 106, has no privacy since it is located on the ground floor and all guests going from that wing to the pool pass our room. Of course they all take a glance out of curiosity. We had to keep our blinds shut if we didn't want anyone to peak at our beds through the double terrace door. Even the people in the house next door who are casually sitting in their garden are regularly informed of our daily routine. To continue about room 106. It is right by the pool, but no pool view tho because the terrace door looks at the neighbors which is fine.

    The pool

Very basic for the price we paid. There was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. We had to pay for it.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. They make you feel home. Special thanks to the owner. The room was as seen in the pictures. The sea is fantastic - always flat, warm and 100 m away from the hotel. You must be aware that Stavros is a small town, thus do not expect a luxurious facility like a 5-star hotel and only focus on enjoying your holiday with available utilities. For a cozy holiday, this hotel is apparently the best in town!

    5KlementinaPosted on: 9-7-2022

The breakfast was pleasant, new things were added every couple of days. The location is also quite nice, since it is only a few minutes away from Stavros Beach, where you can find a lot of beach bars.

We stayed in a room in the older part of the hotel, where the biggest concern was the bathroom. The shower head could not be fixated to stay upright so we always had to hold it while showering and it was rather uncomfortable. Adding a shower curtain or a glass cover would be great, since the whole bathroom was wet after we showered.

the only good thing is that is very clean

it is very noisy, in the room, in the hotel, by the pool. everywhere a lot of noise

the pool up front and the rooms with pool view

The rooms on the back side were very poor, old and dark and there is no hairdryer in the rooms

We booked a 9-day stay on high season in a standard double room with my girlfriend. Accidentally, I booked 2 singles beds and 10 days prior to our visit I requested a change into a double king size bed, and they delivered. The bed matrices were of top quality and we rested and really well, as there was good soundproofing (except maybe for the door). Additionally, they upgraded us for free (didn't even ask for it) into a superior double room with partial pool view and rear side garden view. There are 2 building so don't be fooled, at the moment the best rooms are at the right side of the older building as this department was recently renovated. I talked with the hotel manager and they intend to renovate the entire establishment and apply for a 4th star which they totally deserve. The location was exceptional. 100 meters from the beach, 700 meters from the walkabout center of Stavros. Many restaurants, cafeterias, beach bars, supermarkets and doctors around reachable on foot. The renovated pool was magnificent, might be the largest in the area, shallow at the edges and no more than 2 meters at the center, also having a 2nd shallow pool for toddlers or relaxing adults. The sunbeds and swings were solid and comfy. The breakfast was served to a ground floor establishment next to the 2 buildings. It had a good variety of food and the food was actually OK, interchanging every day (pizza, crepes, all sorts of pies, croissants, omelettes, watermelon, all sorts of breads, vegetables etc .). The staff was really welcoming, pleasant, serviceable, kind and always with a smile, the clean ladies, the waiters, the receptionists even the managers and they always attended to our needs as soon as possible. The entire establishment and the rooms were cleaned every single day and everything was tidy and clean. Fresh sheets, towels and bathroom every day. Pool is open from 10.00 to 21.00 and the pool bar closes at midnight.

We arrived on Saturday afternoon & greek TV channels weren't working, they managed to bring a technician at 21.00 the same day (kudos), they changed us room from 205 to 202 (we lost the view) but it wasn't the room's fault but a problem at the roof's antenna, so an entire crew came on Tuesday, fixed it, the problem resurfaced days later, and the crew came again. It is a general problem in the entire town. The Wi-Fi bandwidth wasn't adequate due to hotel overpopulation so I bought a 9 euro package from COSMOTE for 4G unlimited data for 30 days for my iPhone which served as a hotspot to all other devices, unfortunately there was no software/hardware interface to connect my iPhone to the TV and watch Netflix, etc. It is a general internet problem in Stavros and I suggested the hotel manager apply for Satellite starlink. The pool bar was cheap and had all basic products but they lacked energy drinks, de-alcoholized booze, extravagant cocktails and premium alcohol. One receptionist didn't speak greek and couldn't communicate easily with my spouse who doesn't speak any other language. The reception was closed from 00.00-08.00 though there was a security guy. In the old building there is no elevator or inner phone communication system. The parking inside is only(?) for loading, unloading luggage and you cannot depend on it to explore the area with ease, thus we ditched the car for 9 days and sticked around. We could use some extra hangers for towels in the bathroom. At times there was scarcity in straight beverage straws (it's a must for me to enjoy a Freddo), fortunately I had brought some with me. Late check-out wasn't possible but can't blame them due to high season. Stavros beaches aren't good; it's not their fault. No dance clubs around, nearest is at Asprovalta 10 Km from there. The quality of visitors is questionable as most derive from Balkan countries, whoever knows, knows.

This is my second stay at this hotel. Perfect location, 1 minute from the beach, close to the center and shops, friendly staff. If you don't know English or Greek, no problem, the two girls are from Serbia, so you can communicate in your own language. We booked a standard double room, its clean and comfortable, the beds had new mattresses, the internet was excellent. The pool is very nice, its renovated this year and the sunbeds on the pool are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was varied, dinner also. I can recommend this hotel.
