Beds were not comfortable and the pillows were so hard and high we couldn't sleep with them

Good location to the beach, around everything you need for a vacation by the sea. Breakfast lived up to expectations, had everything you needed. The hotel staff were very nice and friendly, always answering questions that popped up.

Wi-fi worked partially, could not get connection sometimes in the room and on the balcony.

The location was great, the hotel clean and perfect for our stay. Not pretentious, but very nice.

Terrace was covered on bird droppings every morning was so disgusting, then we cleaned next morning again.

Proximity to the beach and 3 bar/restaurants. Could see and hear the ocean waves in our rooms. The room had a balcony.

Rooms were small / tight. Hard, thin mattress. The bathroom has an inconvenient step up into it, that my wife tripped on.

Good place, first line to the sea. There are some good restaurants around. You can walk in pedestrian street.

I booked 2 nights here after travelling around some busier, more touristy parts of Italy. I came across this hotel and decided to book and I'm so glad I did! It was just what I needed for a bit of relaxation. The staff on reception were so lovely and welcoming and I ceen got upgraded to a sea view room which was amazing and made my stay even better. The room was lovely, so clean and presentable, I had a terrace which overlooked the sea and promenade where I could sit and relax listening to the ocean. Breakfast was included and the buffet was very good, a large variety of options and something for everyone. The location was fantastic. Right on the promenade by the beach, close to restaurants although it was a little out of season so not all were open but everything I needed.I had such a lovely stay that I even extended for an extra night. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Cecina.

Nothing, everything was high standard.

2 minutes away from the beach, friendly staff, very spacious studio, plenty restaurants and bars around, 10 minutes by walk to grocery shop

We have been there 6 days and studio never been cleaned, only 1 small bin bag which was bursting after 3 days of self catering

The hotel room was very tiny, and no balcony was to be found even though this was promised. The internet connection is unstable, near to non existing. The breakfast didn’t have a good variety.However the hotel has a very nice location, close to restaurants and the beach. Most of the staff are very welcoming. However the hotel requires that you pay tourism taxes. I didn’t get any receipt since the staff informed me that the computer system is down. When I asked about the receipt a couple of days after that, the same staff claimed that he didn’t receive any payment from me, and he was very rude. Once I asked the guy to check the cameras he gave up and gave me the receipt. Overall the hotel is okey for staying one or two nights, not more.

Everything was neat and clean. The hotel was very close to the beach and the boulevard. The staff was perfectly supportive and friendly and helpful. I advise everyone to stay in this hotel as you will feel comfortable and super satisfied ?

The closeness of beach, swimming pool, hotel and Kiosk/restaurant. Hotel personnel really sweet and helpful.

The beach and sea were rough (rough sand and the water got deep extremely quickly) - but we then used the pool :)

Close to the sea. Excellent cleaning of the room every day. Purely. The pool is clean.

I thought that when reserving a room, they would provide me with a transfer to the hotel, but I had to travel with difficulty, look for transport and pay dearly for a taxi. The beds in the room are very hard, it was difficult to sleep. To swim in the pool you must buy a swimming cap.- Stella Marina Beach Card with pool and beach access at EUR 15 per day per person upon request at the hotel subject to availability.The TV did not show programs, so we had to ask the receptionist to tune the TV channels. Breakfast is modest.

The suite is spacy and cozy. I would appreciate some equipment for drying of beach towels and swim wear.The beach staff is not very customer oriented.
