The Gardens Gallery Hotel

Breakfast was excellent! It had everything we could wish for in 7 days, the staff was very helpful and friendly and I loved your garden where we had our breakfast. The hotel was clean and the family rooms where good solution for us, a mom with a 17 year old son. I also likes the location, next to restaurants and shopping and the beach across the street.

This was a great hotel, location steps from the coast, very comfortable rooms with nice views, fantastic breakfast, and the staff are all wonderful, especially Anastassia gave us a lot of recommendations for restaurants, the grocery store wonderful bakery. The free parking in that area is a bonus.

The hotel is very comfortable, and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect (right next to the beach) and within walking distance of shops and restaurants, making it super convenient. Breakfast was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

We liked a very good breakfast and the stuff member servicing us during the breakfast was very friendly.

What was listed in the booking.com and what we found was completely different story. The size of the room was even not close to the listed size of at least 18 sq.m. Unfortunately, we realised this only the next day as we were very tired in the evening of arrival, and it was late. Next day, when we measured the room size (thanks to the smartphone app), we found it close to 12 sq.m for the room and around 2.5 sq.m for the bathroom. When we reported this to the stuff, they told us that they cannot contact the manager and just took a note of this. Also, they told us, if mentioned on arrival, they could replace the room for us. This is fine, but my question is why they even offer rooms that are much smaller than the listed room size on booking.com? This is unfair and should be fixed.

Very comfortable bed, to the point where im considering buying one of those mattresses. Great location, lovely staff. Great value and right near the beach.

The hotel is clean and nicely designed at beachfront. The staff is wonderful, polite and accommodating. Great breakfast with plenty of delicious options which guests can enjoy in the garden. Overall an enjoyable and restful experience!

Great one-night stay in a lovely little town. Accomodated our late night check in. Woman working the breakfast was delightful. Rooms are standard, modern, clean. Non-existent sea view from our room.

Poor breakfast, same food everyday, 0 variety. Small rooms.Booked a superior triple room, and I think we received a standard one. No lightning in second room. Small shower. Entrance door closes before 11 PM, the badge received was not functional

Great location near to the woods and beaches of Xylokastro. Good rooms, take one with a view of the woods. The smell of the woods is do great. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast in the garden is wonderful.

Many things this time were not as we expected or as on October 2023. The reception, especially the young guy, was just present but not approachable, the opposite of Vasiliki. The room wasn’t with a view at the garden. The toilet seat was on the shower frame and so narrow. No we didn’t enjoy our stay AT ALL. We had to rent room in another hotel for most of the days. Except Efi, the rest were just there but not helpful. They proposed to give us a room on the second floor but for one night we had to move again. People believe that they have the right to play with my holidays. I’m sorry you are WRONG. Last but not least, the extra charge which they asked us to pay the last minutes before we leave the hotel. Did they believed that we will not pay the extra charge? ??????????

What stood out most were its location, accommodating staff, delicious food, immaculate cleanliness, and willingness to facilitate late-night check-ins. The location of the hotel is great. On the sea shore. The room is great. Breakfast is awesome. But above everything is the people who are extremely nice and helpful.
