dinner was varied and well presented

No toast or english breakfast was available.room was not comfortable enough, no welcoming features like a bottle of water. too little plugs. Quilt too warm for this time of year while no other blankets were available. Because of this I couldnt sleep on most nights. No kettle and facilities for self made drinks were available. Also no desk or space for computer was available - hence could not work very comfortably. Safe was not working. Dinner was too expensive for the small portions given.

It was warmly and brightly decorated. Super clean. Great location. The owner was delightful, cheerful and only too happy to help. She even shook our hands on arrival. Good old school manners that I wish others could imitate. The hotel is family run and that is key to it being such a great experience. I would definitely stay there again.

Very clean and modern room, with terrace, overlooking the valley. Also very quiet and fresh inside the room. Comfy beds & great shower. Excellent breakfast & location (in the village of Malles). Nice staff. Highly recommended for a stay in the beautiful "Ober-Vinschgau", where there is a lot to see & discover.

Well-run, nice hotel close to centre of Malles, with parking available on site. Friendly multi-lingual staff. Very nice dinner and good breakfast buffet with specialty coffee.

The advertised 'mountain view from all rooms' is a bit of a stretch. Did not matter so much for us, as we only stayed for one night on road trip.

Staff would go out of their way to accommodate any requests. Food excellent for breakfast and dinner. Lovely town site too!

Clean, tidy , friendly hotel…. 1 min walk into the cobbled streets of the village, which is lovely with, bars, restaurants and shops…. Very picturesque..

I've stayed here many times during the past 15 years and on every occasion it has been first class. The rooms are superb, the breakfast and evening dinner is outstanding and the owner and staff are faultless. You'll not find a better hotel in the area.

Spacious, elegant room and huge balcony with amazing view. The bathroom is also spacious with big mirror and big shower. The breakfast and the dinner were fantastic.

Absolutely amazing location! Very friendly staff. The staff contacted me by phone to make sure we wanted to have dinner and keep the kitchen open until we arrived. It was incredibly enjoyable! The hotel is very bicycle friendly. There is a lockable convenient ski/bike room.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but I could not find a restaurant in the town which was open in the evening.
