Staff very accommodating and pleasant. No language barrier. Hugh shout-out to katja for helping us with further travel arrangements!! Would definitely go again!

It’s a great location, 3 minutes walk from the station on a flat road, trains access all the major ski resorts ! The staff were also super cheery and helpful

Pillows were too soft and no extra ones were available.No toaster available in the breakfast room.No kettle in the room so couldn’t have a hot drink in the room.If these things don’t bother you it is really a nice place to stay.

The location was very convenient. It takes only 5 minutes from the Maienfeld train station. The room was comfortable, clean and cozy. The dining room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good.

We wished that the room has AC since it was very hot day when we stayed there.

Very dull and without atmosphere. Expected much more since the name is all about Heidi and that was the purpose of the visit. The area of the hotel is almost part of an industrial site and not very nice. The view on the mountains from the breakfast-room was better.

The restaurant has very limited choices.

The place is in the middle of the mountains, a place worth visiting due being Heidi village and neer her house, if you want to visit real Switzerland you must stop there.

Need a transportation service from and to the Heidi place from the hotel. walking to the mountain is a great experience for whom can do it, but children and elderly will find it so difficult. Also need to enhance the Switzerland culture of cheese making like the rest of the places, hope to visit again with family.

The glass wall on the shower was unexpected but fun! Great view of mountains from room. The breakfast room viewsl was Amazing.
