On the arrival, they just asked the plate number of car to be charged by 6€/day, where is full of free place aroundAnd, town wine glasses asked , they said that they do not have ??

Close to highway and close to Europa-Park

You can hear everything your neighbors do; snore, spit, talk, watching TV. It’s very difficult to sleep. The pillows were very bad. Parking €6 in the middle of nowhere.

Unfortunately, my experience at this property was disappointing. The room was not clean ,I found crumbs and hair on the floor, which made it feel like it hadn’t been properly cleaned before my stay. The room itself was also much smaller than expected.Before writing this review, I gave the property a chance to resolve the issue. I spoke directly with the receptionist and also sent a message to the property, but nothing was done to address the situation.Cleanliness should be a basic standard, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously for future guests

Very clean, everything new and functional, safe parking, good choice of items for breakfast. The staff was very polite and friendly.

Despite breakfast being included it was all gone by 8 am and as far as we could see when we checked out not replenished . We juice for breakfast

Breakfast buffet was plentiful with good choices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great for our 3 days at Europa Park.

The hotel is not far away from Europa Park. The staff is very nice. It is clean and I could borrow tea kettle from reception. Free parking outside the hotel area. Nearby shop in fuel stations around.

The booking.com price is more expensive than checking yourself to hotel directly. The check in process is a bit difficult since receptionist is not there all the times. I don’t take any breakfast but I think this hotel should hire 1-2 more people to help receptionist who become breakfast staff in the morning

Brand new looking hotel, adjacent to the highway and clean. Breakfast spread is decent. Kids love the bunk bed. In short, it’s value for the money.

Located right next to industry zone

Ideal for visiting the surroundings area and europa Park, and the staff are really nice and helpful. They have a small bar at the reception area, and we were able to get pizzas and beer in the evening.

There aren't refrigerators in the room, which wasn't a problem, but it would have been nice to have cold drinks on hand.

The room was quite large. There was option for self-check in if you arrive late in the evening. There was an option to order some pizza in the evening and there were some vending machines in the lobby. Room was quiet, we didn't hear any neighbors or street noises.

One night stay en-route to Italy. Good location and breakfast was fine.

Great place for a nights stop over. In an industrial estate just off the motorway with fuel stations and a Burger King just down the road. Metal posts just outside the door to luck your motorbikes to over night and a lift to get the gear to our rooms.

Easy check in and check out. Long check out time. It's a code rather than a key entry to the room so no worries over losing keys and no formal check out.

The location is not glamorous, but we were using it as a stop over to the black forest so weren't bothered
