Park Hotel Sabina

It is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are nice size and comfortable. The receptionist also served us cocktails outside, they were wonderful. There is a restaurant adjacent which is not part of the hotel, however, it is one of the best restaurants I have had the pleasure to dine in. Plenty of parking.

The breakfast was limited. Not what I expect from a four star hotel.

Close the motorway so easy to access for a road trip. Not far from Rome airport. Basic but clean. Comfortable bed.

There was an AC, room was spacious, staff was really friendly and the hotel is perfect for staying when you have to go even further because its right next to the autostrade.

The fact that was just at the exit of the motorway where I was stuck in a terrific traffic jam.

4stars are too much for such a kind of hotel, not very much clean, cappuccino and coffee served from an automatic machine, and poor value for money…without considering that have asked 12€ supplement because of my dog.

We really loved the location of the hotel; for our business needs it was perfect. The on-site restaurant was phenomenal with great quality food and full of locals. The rooms were clean, quiet and well equipped.

The breakfast was quite limited, but traditionally Italian in that it was mostly sweet cakes.

Convenient to highway exit.

For a 4 star hotel rooms were a little small and hotel a bit old.

Very close to motorway - and very quiet at the same time. That's a great combination. Good and practical interior, good bed.

They said it is open and we waited, waited … never opened ..

Nothing. It was a massive disappointment. Sorry, unhygienic and hardly any facilities.

The place was so dirty. It appears that house keeping only change bed sheets and brush the floor and that’s it. The room smelt of cigarettes, there were dead flies in the window and mosquitoes in the room and dirt in the corner of the floors. Informed reception about the rooms smelling of cigarette and they had no other rooms to offer. Therefore no contjngency planning.

Nice and clean

Breakfast was not as described on the photos of Booking.com, the photos misleading you as they show a buffet breakfast but it was not and didn’t have all the variety they showed in photos

Everything was absolutely lovely, a hundred times better than we expected. The location was just perfect off tbe autostrata. We will definitely use this hotel again. The food was great as an added bonus. The best we’ve had on our travels so far.
