Mafra Hotel

Staff friendliness and room comfort

Reception staff was very helpful. Recommended a nice place to have dinner.

More of a business hotel than a tourist hotel. Noisy streets on both sides of the hotel.

The staff was extremely accommodating, ease of parking. Breakfast offerings were average.

Lack of coffee shops or eateries close by

Clean new hotel in very good location

Location

Small, new, fresh hotel! very good location, good room, comfortable bed, parking for a car and a very tasty breakfast!!!

Not really

Great hotel to stay during business travel. Very good price/quality. Simple ok breakfast, nothing fancy on the (bath)room but everything ok!

Room can be a bit cleaner. A bit more attention to keep the room in good and clean condition would be welcome. No big issues but the new hotel from a few years ago start to feel being used a bit…

Great location, on site secured parking, spacious and confortable rooms. This was ideal for a one night stop while visiting the region.

Close to town center and all attractions Secure Car parking. Staff helpful Bilingual Portuguese and English. Quiet rooms

Very good hotel. Clean and nice rooms. Friendly stuff.

Superb

I not drinking milk, coffee and various juices, I asked if there was orange juice (the only thing I can drink in the morning), the lady on duty answered me rudely that there were only those juices and not just orange.

good breakfast, and convenient car parking. Easy access to local restaurants

Bed was hard, and shower was small.

Good bed, clean friendly staff and good breakfast

All good

Was clean super staff nice atmosphere and loverly breakfast

Very clean, comfortable, good breakfast, 2 minutes from the palace.

Modern, clean good breakfast

Location in Mafra town and convenience

Clean and new interior

We enjoyed the location of the hotel which is an easy walk to the Mafra Palace as well as good restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions that enhanced our stay.

The rooms are very practical and somewhat sparse but good for one night as a stopover from Lisbon going north or exploring the coast.

the staff are really nice and very accommodating. Breakfast was simple but nice with some options. ideally located within walking distance to the castle and many restaurants and cafes

the towels were a little thin but ok

Wish we could of had coffee and tea in our room. I had to leave early and couldn't make breakfast a cup of coffee would of been nice. But besides that it was lovely.

comfortable big bed, clean and fresh room, friendly staff, well laid out breakfast, location close by to palace, good car parking, ease of access from motorway, Walk in shower

shower base can be slippy
