It was dirty and poorly constructed. Bathroom was nasty, tv didn¿t work, phone didn¿t work, ac didn¿t work well:

A/C did not work. Shower scalded whenever a toilet was flushed. No coffee in room. Minimal housekeeping. Insufficient drinking water furnished. Staff were rude and ignorant.

My stay was great. Staff were very helpful. Food at breakfast was fabulous. Fresh squeezed OJ is available at a nominal cost. Custom omelet are also available for a nominal cost.I had dinner at the restaurant twice and the food was very good there too. Portions are very generous. The location was perfect. Close to the center square. The room was nice and spacious.

Location by the river was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful and the manager was very helpful. Brick restaurant was nice for a quick casual meal. Rooms are a bit bigger.

Rooms were not clean, there were cobwebs with spiders, floor was not clean. No place to put personal toiletries in shower. No A/C in May and it was close to 90 degrees. We left the air running since it was barely working, the maid came in and shut it off and opened the window, so when we came back, the room was full of insects that had flown in the window, as there were no screens. Housekeeping took the dirty towels, and didn't replace them, the bath gel or toilet paper.

The hotel is located by the Sports stadium -some 10 mins walk down river to the main square. The Hotel and rooms are well decorated and have excellent facilities. The spa - sauna, steam room, and pool is great to relax after a day out. The staff at the hotel are wonderful - very helpful - nothing is too much trouble and all speak good English. The food and wine / beer is excellent - both breakfast and evening meals. The airport transfers are via top quality cars and drivers and cost 25 euros [not free as stated by booking.com]

Nothing. Really enjoyed my stay.

The most positive thing was that after numerous issues we were upgraded to the hotel next door. As this is probably unlikely for most potential travellers I personally wouldn't risk it.

Checking in wasn't overly straight forward. The suite we booked was ok, but upon entry the shower was broken and the bathroom was dirty - stains and numerous hairs on the wall (the risk of having yellow painted walls is that they show such issues with ease). After flagging the issues I was offered a standard room - which was significantly smaller than what I booked, but gave a benchmark for cleanliness (which the original room did not meet). I also disliked the staff indicating I was wrong about the shower was broken- hinting that I'd never used a shower. Honestly a pretty terrible interaction, only resolved by getting moved to the hotel next door (though upon my first complaint a staff member initially offered rooms there if I paid extra for them).

All but a lot of timescale

Front desk staff said I didn’t pay and needed to pay for room before I leave but I explained and showed proof of payment at booking point they didn’t want to accept asked to speak to manager turns out they didn’t receive the money from booking.com apparently

Disaster at checkin, problem with booking, arrogant receptionist! Rooms not ready at 14:00, toilet not properly cleaned. Hotel needs maintenance.

Next to Vardar River

When we arrived at midnight they didnt have cleanroom.So we had to wait for nextday.

Hotel was awful.there is No free parking.I asked hotel to remove it from options,but they didn't.Hotel was not clean.there was no Water in the rooms even.84 euro per night but no water even.towels were over used.breakfast restaurant was so mess.No cups available for coffee.no waiter.tables were not clean.dishes also weren't clean

Spacious and quiet room, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had.

Cleanness was Ok, but may be more attention should be paid to clean behind the bed

Service was below average. Stuff barely spoken English. Guest and visitors were smoking in to the restaurants .

I appreciate the different options for dining, especially outdoors. atmosphere outdoors was also very inviting especially at night.The free breakfast was very good. Super dog friendly with a nice path for dog walking.

The bathroom had a glass door, which was only partially painted which lacked privacy.

Hotel is nicely situated, but make sure to get the room with a view on the Vardar river, and a renovated one. Breakfast was good.

Avoid room 521 - it is damp, smelly, bathroom not clean and doors cannot be shut properly. The room should be renovated. You access the bed via metal stairs that are not safe - maybe some people like it, but the guest should be told in advance that they have to climb to their bed and if they need a bathroom they have to go downstairs. Lights are not great, it is either too bright or too dark. The working area is falling apart, the table is not fixed so if you put your laptop or a glass of water, it may fall down. Room service number was not working and they try to make us pay for the complimentary drinks at the arrival although it was clearly stated that this was free of charge. Finally, the spa center works only from 12.00 - 20.00, not great working hours for those who come for work - it should be open in the morning and later in the evening. Overall, there is a lot of space for improvement. This hotel has a potential, and maybe some rooms are nice, but we were not lucky this time.

The breakfast and dinner were great. The room had all the things we needed for our mini break.

If you advertised a free shuttle bus (and I still have proof of the advertisement), but it turned out to be incorrect and actually costs 35€, you are misleading people, which is unacceptable. After contacting the hotel, the information was suddenly changed. Therefore, I have to give this accommodation a low rating.Additionally, the reception did not explain anything to us. There were no breakfast times provided, no information on how the facilities work, and we weren't even told where our room was located. We specifically booked a room with a river view, but initially, we were given an arena view. After complaining, the reception fixed this issue. All in all, we will never return to this hotel.

We had a wonderful time at Skopia!Next door hotel is at a wonderful location near to city centre!The stuff is very kind and the breakfast tasty!Also you have to try the masaz in the hotel!I suggest you to choose room with view to the river not to arena!

The bathroom is not the ideal and need to replace it for sure!

Spacious rooms.

No wifi. Bathroom has glass door - no privacy. Spa was not working. Rooms are tired and need renovations. After complaining about the bad wifi (which was needed) and after waiting for over an hour with multiple follow ups they upgraded us to the 5star hotel next to it managed by the same company. The new room was slightly better and had better internet. Smart TV was unable to connect on netflix. Very slow service in general and needs a lot of work. Restaurant was not good. 15 min waiting to get someone to bring the menus. They don’t care if you are a guest in the hotel and the focus is on the service for the locals. Cold food arrived and it was not tasty. Its a shame as this hotel has so much potential to be a good place.

It was nice and clean, with very nice view. The SPA was nice, and the SPA receptionists were kind and helpful.

There was no hot water in the shower, it was just kind of warm. The termostat was not working properly and the AC was blowing on max all the time. The only way to shutdown the AC was to turn of the main fuse. Also one of the fuses was not working properly so the the outlets close to the balcony were not working, including the one for the telephone.The bathroom fan was not working.For some reason the pool in the SPA was out of order.

We stayed at Next Door Park for a night. Pretty much matched the description, we booked an Executive Suite with Arena View and three single beds. The breakfast was okay. Location was good, and everything was clean.

Got two singles and a sofa, which wasn't cool. Staff was polite but not helpful in fixing it. Besides the room hiccup, it was an okay stay, especially for the price.

Nice comfortable room with good facilities inside. Very close to the football ground so ideal if you are attending an event there. Nice selection at breakfast.

Due to the event going on I could not park at the hotel as the road to the venue was closed. This should have been relayed to be before my visit as it caused lots of problems.
