Breakfast

Lack of normal internet, condition of room and cleanliness.

The staff in the restaurant was very nice and professional. The food was also nice. The hotel in general is OK and it is located near the city center.

There was no water pressure, so no chance to take a shower at all on the last floor.

Warm atmosphere in the hotel. Friendly people are working here. Very good breakfast. Dushan, the reception guy, was always there to help with any question. We loved both the hotel and the restaurant inside!

Lokacija je ok, ljubazno osoblje, solidna hrana (doručak)

Soba 301 u kojoj smo boravili je bila katastrofalna, prljava. Vlaga se mnogo osetila, tepisi prljavi i nije radio bojler tako da nismo imali tople vode da okupamo decu.

Some of the food was good

Very old furniture, no remote for A/C, not clean, poor wi fi, dirty silverware, staff was late no one to serve breakfast in time, improvised draining in the bathroom, no cleaning brush for toilet and list could go on.

Very nice staff, they are trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible.Good food, good local beer at the restaurant.

The exhaust from the kitchen is very noisy and creates vibration, even at the top floor.The rooms really need urgent attention, especially on plumbing and electrical appliances.

Breakfast was good. Big portions.Location also good. Close to the centre.

The hotel restaurant was really nice, with nice staff and good food. Breakfast was good.

Hotel room packed with old furniture as if they didn't know what to do with it. Cleanliness was not a priority for the hotel.The bathroom was old and not well maintained. Not clean.

What a beautiful hotel. Not right in the centre of the city , only 2km away but a five minute drive in a taxi, taxis are very cheap. It also has an incredible restaurant which was full every lunchtime and evening. It was full for a reason. But the best thing about the hotel was the staff, who were so helpful and kind to me and my friends on our first visit to Skopje.

Nothing needs improving, keep doing what you’re doing.

Everything was just fine

Everything was great. Despite the hotel being a little old, the staff and breakfast was great. Will definitely come again

Rooms/bathrooms are a little old but no complaints

The aristocrat hotel and fish restaurant is fabulous. The rooms are big and comfortable and the staff are great. The fish restaurant is great , with a great choice of food, the breakfast is excellent and "Small English" the bar tender knows how to pour a good drinkI thoroughly recommend this hotel and restaurant. The stars does not really tell the true story. Check it out.

Downtown walking distance proximity.Fish Restaurant was good, we had fish for dinner and also breakfast the next morning.

The Air Conditioned remote was not functioning at all, we couldn't modify temperature, stop the AC or unplug it during night.My wife had strong backbone pain when she woke up and shivers. I also sneezed a couple of times due to that.

I do not never advise this Hotel ! Dirty, broken and old beds. Small Bathroom. See please all pictures. Do not book at this !!!!!!!!

We use it as one night stand. It was ok. Nothing special.Good location and good price.

Some things are old and damaged.Breakfast was not very good. There was nothing suitable for child. Also they gave us only orange "juice" nobody ask me if I want water or coffe, tea ... without asking we get this orange somthing. We dont like it. Very sad about waitres..Better to have only room and go for breakfast somewhere. In city is lot of very nice restaurants, bakeries etc..

Please don't believe the photos. What you see is not what you get. That may have been 15 years ago. Everything is falling apart, a bit unfresh, and weird.

Nice staff.

The room wasn’t clean, there were left overs in the fridge, empty bottles on the floor, a lot of hair on the floor, means nobody vacuumed!!

Very friendly staff, they are really trying to make you comfortable.

The room wasn’t cleaned before we arrived.We didn’t find the remote for the AC.
