Stone Bridge Hotel

Can 't beat the location with the view of the Stone Bridge and the rest of the city! Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and modern.

Breakfast was just OK

Big room, wonderful view and friendly staff. Also, they have available parking right next to the hotel.

Nothing really except that they charged me twice by mistake and I am awaiting the refund.

Location was prime. Staff were professional. Love the large enclosed outdoor seating area.The breakfast Location-tops. The scenery while eating breakfast is very healthy. Older hotel, but doesn't smell old.

Closets could be arranged more practical.

Room was very small, smelt like smoke, no view from our room. Room AC was not temperature controlled just very cold or hot. Outdated room.

Breakfast had strange choices. It was OK but I wish I had walked accross the bridge and bought Breakfast out

The Stone Bridge Hotel is a pleasant, well located stay in Skopje. Staff was very helpful and responsive. It’s a good base for exploring this historic, developing city.

Property needs to have rooms updated and checked that all components are working: sockets, lamps, bathroom fixtures, etc.

I regret booking this hotel. The only reason I chose Stone Bridge Hotel was the promised parking, but upon arrival, there was no parking available. This completely ruined my plans. I reached out to the manager multiple times, both by phone and email, and never received a response—not even a courtesy acknowledgment.To make matters worse, I had to pay out of pocket for a separate garage. This was not only inconvenient but also an unexpected expense.The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is unacceptable. I will not be staying here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting reliability or respect for their booking conditions. Avoid this place!

Breakfast was okay. The location was excellent.

There was nothing in the room for refreshments except 2 pairs of water bottles in the mini bar. They should atleast provide a tumbler, electric kettle, sauce and pan, spoon, etc. They may add tea bag, coffee sashes, and related items in 2 each only. This is a petty investment but add lot of value to the property. The property itself is super.

The hotel has perfect location and very nice staff. It was clean and comfortable in the room.

All the piwols were too high. It's better if there is one smaller and one high for more comfortable sleep at night.

The Location is perfect. The room, although out dated, was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This is not a 5 Star hotel by any stretch of imagination. The breakfast for a 5 star hotel is poor. However the heating in the room did not work until I complained at reception. The lounge and reception area was freezing cold all the time.

Stayed at this hotel before and would stay again. It is close to everything and right in the centre. Best location. Nice and clean rooms and obliging staff.

Nice hotel, central, nice staff, and easy parking (they even let me park my car after checkout). Would recommend.

- The heater does not work in the room- The wifi is extremely slow and keeps disconnecting- the rooms lack toiletries given that its a 5 star hotel, there was no hair conditioner, shower cap or any form of toiletries - the room has no kettle and no nothing if you would like to drink a cup of tea in your room in the evening thats not possible.

This is a great location in the middle of town. It was clean and easy to find. The parking was easy once I asked the hotel staff how to get inside the gate. They were nice and let me leave my car there after I checked out. It’s a great place to stay for the location and price.

Spa did not work.

Spa and Pool facilities were not available due to renovation work in progress. Neither Booking.com or the Hotel advised me of this at the time of booking.

Lack of communication from both/either Booking.com or the Hotel

The room was clean (clean fresh painted walls), the linen was clean and the view from the window was very nice!

The bathroom is a disaster: the shower cabin missing a door, the cabinet under the sink defected, the water leaking from the shower, no vanity kit or shower cap/dental kit/shaving kit (as normal for a 5 star hotel), poor breakfast, very hard to gat in the hotels parking lots (the GPS couldn’t find the way in), the wind blowing outside feels like it’s also inside, no blankets available…
