The location was good, close to the old bazaar and the square. The personnel was exceptionally very friendly and helpful; especially Berin at the reception. He helped us a lot.

As far as I remember, nothing !!!

They have an awesome rooftop terrace but you cannot eat your breakfast outside; they have a little swimming pool on the roof but the sign said you cannot swim in it. I just don’t get it why…

The original room we got had a strong sewerage smell from the bathroom and it was unbearable. After asking repeatedly they changed our room to a better one - help was not offered to fix the situation immediately.The new room also had the same issue but from the entrance for a while in the morning but then it got resolved on its own and was fine after. The property is rated a 5 star but to be honest is not more than a 3 star.The swimming pool was closed.The gym is a joke with ancient equipment and less than 10 m2.The breakfast is 100% same spread everyday and nothing is changed.The interior needs a huge refresh and upgrade asap.

Great value for money, rooms are a great size and the rooftop is stunning.

Although I liked the room, it was a little dated with old remote and TV which was difficult to work.

Location

The rooms were basic, with outdated furniture and limited amenities. Service was polite but not attentive, and the facilities did not meet standards.

The hotel is located right next to the Old Bazaar, which is walkable distance to the major attractions. It even has its private parking lotThe room is very large, and the facilities are very new. The breakfast is great, and the rooftop bar offers a fantastic view of the city.

The street leads to the hotel is a bit dark during the night

Location was excellent. We were able to walk to most things we wanted to see. The room was very clean and spacious.

The room had an odor as though someone had been smoking in it before we got in. Had to open the window for a few minutes to let fresh air in

Large room with a large bathroom equipped with bathtub and a shower. Plenty of towels and bathrobes. Comfortable and large bed.Amazing 360° view of the city. Really exceptional view with several terraces and a rooftop bar on the 7th floor.Super centrally located right on the outskirts of the Bazaar streets and only a 10 minute walk away from main square with the horse statue. Small but nice pool within the rooftop bar (but not really a regular pool see below). Great view from the pool too.Breakfast delicious and with excellent choice. Several elevators, including a panoramic one, helpful for all the luggage. Good wifi, minibar with good choice. Staff smiling but not always helpful (they did not repair one bulb on Sunday because the maintenance staff doesn't work on Sundays).

Probably not really 5 star hotel standards as the hotel looks a bit old for some parts. It seems it was built in 2003 and renovated last in 2020.But definitely a good 4 star hotel. The pool is small and located in a bar, so not really for kids and limited to 4 persons simultaneously, so you need to plan your use of the pool when it is available. Also the barman is literally looking at you all the time as the bar faces the pool. See the rules of the pool in the picture.

The room was big and very luxury, very close to old bazaar.

The room and specially toilet smells smoking very badly. AC could make you sick because it comes directly to bed. Pillows are top high and unconfortable but bed was ok. There was water leaking in the bathtub.

The beds are comfy and the location is good. There is a nice terrace with a view of the city.

This is a very old property that needs modernising. The pool is in the bar- which is quite strange. No water or kettle in the room

A modern high-rise hotel right in the heart of the Old Bazaar. Lovely rooftop terrace/bar. Clean and comfortable. On-site parking. Helpful staff. Large bathroom with a huge tub.

Great location, view from the rooftop, excellent breakfast.

The first night there was a water pipe leak and part of the ceiling fell in on top of my suitcase. All of my clothes had to be washed by the hotel. We had to move to another room. We never got an apology from the manager. Upon checking out they tried to charge me for two extra glasses of wine. I refused to pay this incorrect charge. It left me with a bad feeling towards the hotel.

Good variety, could get at 7.

Would of liked larger strawberries like seen at market and many bananas over ripe.Hot food sometimes not hot.

We treated ourselves to a deluxe room after several stopovers during a tour of the Balkans.The hotel is in a perfect location in the old town. The facilities are first class, the staff are great and the views from the rooftop terraces on the seventh floor are stunning.A really enjoyable stay !
