Exceptional stay – highly recommended!I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, warm, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view that made the stay even more special.Breakfast offered a rich and delicious variety, and everything was fresh and well presented. The spa area was a highlight — clean, relaxing, and perfectly maintained. The atmosphere in the whole hotel feels luxurious yet very welcoming.The location is also great, close to everything yet peaceful. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to everyone looking for comfort, quality, and top service.

I liked everything about the hotel, room was very nice , location super nice , the spa, the staff was execellent, specially the lady called Azra she is so welcome and helpfull about anything that we needed.I will come back again and again everytine I go to Skopje .

Location is excellent in the Old Bazaar (except being next to the mosque which of course has the regular calls to prayer early in the morning). Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Beds were large and comfortable. Good selection at breakfast in a nice venue overlooking the city. Staff went out of their way to make our NY celebration enjoyable. Excellent views from the room.

It is a lovely hotel but I do not think it is 5* due to the lack of attention to detail that I'd expect from 5*: cold swimming pool, refreshments in the room not always refilled, used slippers and the smell of smoke in the room on first arrival, broken shower handle, poor air conditioning unit, average restaurant food etc. Nothing devastating, but I would not rate it 5* or pay the rate of a top hotel. Otherwise it is lovely.

The staff was amazing! Ani at the front desk was so helpful! The spa was divine! Amazing location and free parking.

The hotel looks very nice in the photos, however, there are things that you can see only when you are there.Breakfast was good.

When we arrived we received a key from the room with a totally broken bathroom (constantly running water in the WC, water tap...). After my complaint, the receptionist changed the room, but I still do not understand, how they couldn't have noted it before our arrival. Well, they have 5* stars, and this was not a minor issue to be overlooked. So, the overall impression was spoiled.

The sauna and jacuzzi were out of order during all three nights of my stay. The room was not well maintained. The sink and shower had mold, and there were visible marks left from previous guests. The sheets had holes, the towels were stained, and even the bathrobes had holes in the pockets. I also had to kill roaches during my stay and was only given alcohol spray because housekeeping wasn’t available at night. Overall, a very disappointing experience. This place deserves 0 stars. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

The hotel surprised us with a room upgrade because we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary. All employees were extremely friendly. The spa center was excellent. I sincerely recommend this hotel!

Calling this a five star hotel is misleading! And it’s also not a resort. During our stay there was ongoing construction taking place which was disturbing our rest and gave an impression of living in a renovation process.Also we were disappointed from the breakfast offered, as the eggs, soup etc were served cold. Apparently there was a different breakfast offered and served for non guests of the hotel which looked much more appealing. Makes you wonder how they care about their own guests.Furthermore, our shower floor was constantly flooded as the floor drainage angle was built in the wrong direction.Due to all this we cannot recommend the hotel to others.

Location is very beneficial.

The shower was very bad, because the water is cold and not hot enough. Some times, it is worm and suddenly it turns to cold. It is a very bad experience unfortunately.

It s literally in the heart of Skopje . Everywhere is just in walking distance.

It wasn’t clean, there was a used masked on the desk. The room wasn’t prepared diligently so they forgot to put soap and shampoo. Moreover, the shower had a pipe problem so the whole bathroom got wet and full of water. For a five star hotel, these problems are unacceptable.

Mosque is next door, and wakes you up at 4:30am. Furniture was outdated.
