A good place in Skopje, even if a bit aged. But it has a good value for money ratio. Plus the responsiveness of the staff and their assistance was excellent.

the building and the services are a bit aged. It felt the building was from 1960s, but functional.

Good location, comfortable bed and pillows!!! Clean, seamless check-in /check-out, AC, cold water and tea provided

Facilities somewhat dated, no stand for the showerhead, shower drain was draining very slowly so you'd stand in a pool of water when showering

Convenient location within a walking distance from downtown. Very clean and comfortable room with kettle and fridge, while drinking water was supplied at the corridor. Several bakeries around. Very friendly and helpful stuff. Easy check-in after hours. Indoor parking space free of charge.

Apparently the Booking.com price was higher than making a reservation on your own (75 Euros vs. 70 Euros for 2 nights)

Great central location and value. The staff were super friendly and helpful, giving great tips for my short stay in Skopje. I'll be back!

The hotel is located on a very busy street. Traffic noise is really bad during morning rush hour.

The staff was so gentle. He drew a map for our Ohrid journey, it was useful. There was a free water to drink, it was good. The location of the hotel was good, 15 minutes walking to go to the centre.

There was 3 beds, one of the beds was sofa bed. That was unconfortable

The host Vladimir is very helpful and friendly. The location is good, 20 min away by walking from the main square. Clean.

We enjoyed our stay here, the hotel had everything we needed. The room was clean, and the hotel was in a walkable distance to the city center. The receptionist was amazing, she was so fast to help and answer any questions we might have.

Employees are good and kind

Electrical connections are non safety, fridge is so dirty, bathroom is very bad and cold water option does not work if you try to open cold water valve it will leak from connection. The room door’s arms are broken nor you can not open neither close.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was reasonably spacious. It’s in a safe area and is fairly close distance to the main attractions. The bus station is about 25 minutes on foot. Vladimir (the owner) was very helpful and gave many taxi, day trips and restaurant tips without even having to ask. Such a lovely helpful guy.

Check in could have been easier and a bit less stressful. I didn’t have access to Wi-Fi so I needed someone to call for me to be let in.

Staff was very kind.Room was clean. No big comfort but not necessary. You can have your breakfast to the neighbours. Fresh baked burek is wonderfull.

The street at front is rather noisie. Also during the night.

The hotel is in a great location, a 10-15 min walk will take you to the city centre and 2 big malls. It is also down the road from the beginning of a trail that can take you the millennium Cross that overlooks the city. The bed felt fresh and was really comfortable and the room was nice and spacious. The staff are really friendly aswell and efficient at their jobs

Not the hotels fault, but expect to be woken up by cars honking their horns early in the morning. And I'm fairly certain this wasn't the hotels fault, but there was no hot water on my second night for the shower.
